I ordered a $30 pizza for me and my 2 year old daughter after 40 minutes of waiting it arrived cold. I called them and spoke to the manger Bailey and was told since my child had eaten a slice it "couldn't have been that bad". I explained I had given my child a slice because I wasn't gonna make my child wait 40 more minutes for a pizza that should have arrived warm in the first place. They said they wouldn't do anything but give me a coupon for a free $6 bread stick. Save yourself time and $ don't order from them.*Update* Called corporate and complained. Also after writing this review Bailey has reached out and told me the same thing as list above that pizza wasn't that bad even when it was cold. And if I called again and complained I would be speaking to him. He then called a second time to say the same thing that it doesn't matter how many complaints I make that it isn't gonna change and he will deal with them. When I said I didn't appreciate the attitude and rude behavior and they would no longer have my business he said "we'd appreciate that" and that "they don't need my business". So id say if you order from here and they mess up your order just never buy here again.

We ordered online, my grandmother went to go pick up the pizzas when they claimed the order was done, said they never received the order when my grandma went in there, then said theyd start making them and be finished in 15. not only did the managers lie to my elderly grandmother after making her wait an eternity, they say don't know what shes talking about they never received an order, the mangers also lied to me when i called to complain and said my grandmother was never there they told us we were crazy and confused after we stated our order number and confirmed address and proved online order. bad management and bad employees.

I haven't had Hungry Howie's in a long time and someone who recently had it in the Detroit area told me to give it another shot. So, I downloaded the app (which is a terrible user experience) and ordered 3 pizzas. I chose two flavors of crusts for each pizza and you could not taste any flavoring on the crust except for 2-3 slices on each. The pizza lacked flavor and quality. I also added 3 extra sides of sauce at pick up. They are each $1, which is about standard. The cups of sauce were so disgusting. I tried it and said nothing to my kids. Then each of my kids individually commented on how awful the sauce was. My 12 year old said it tastes like vinegar. He's not far off. I am very unhappy with the quality of pizza from HH. Would not order again. My mistake for giving them another try.

Bought 2 chicken and bacon subs. 8 inch they give you 1 mayonnaise packet for the whole sandwich if you want more you are paying for xtra mayonnaise packer redicolous. Do not try to substitute anything on sub cus that is xtra as well even tho you are taking meat off REDICOLOUS lettuce was brown so good look with this place employees rude DO NOT RECOMMEND THUS HUNGRY HOWIES TO ANYONE!

Pizza was comparable to other chain pizzas like Pizza Hut, but they have flavored crust that really stands out.
Was delivered the wrong food with rotten tomatoes and my whole family ended up getting sick. I called and dealt with a feisty manager that basically told me where to go. So here I am.

Writing this while waiting on a pizza I ordered 1hr and 8 minutes ago with an "estimated delivery" time of 40 min. I ordered the pizza on your website then get redirected to door dash where I watch my driver on the map delivering other people's food and my delivery time just keeps going up. I chose Hungry Howies because the est. Delivery was quicker than competitors. Unacceptable in my eyes, without explanation especially! Won't be eating it again
