Was skeptical given poor reviews but ultimately pleasantly surprised although the food is mediocre at best the buffalo boneless wings and the honey glazed wings were the best items on the menu. Overall probably wouldn’t order here again but not mad that I did. Wingstop dupe.

Absolutely a disaster! They were short handed.. two cooks called off we were told. Not the problem … I get it. The problem was after being there an hour we still hadn’t had our order taken… a crash from the kitchen… broken dishes.., and then a screaming argument between employees followed by a full on fist fight ! The entire bar area saw it! This was followed by a 20 something girl come from the kitchen crying and step out the carry out door to let loose a primal scream like I’ve never heard! Moments later the first order out of the kitchen ends up in this poor gentleman’s lap that was sitting behind us… ah ya … never again!

The 3 for 1 meal was great, our server was excellent, the food hot and refills on chips and drinks. Very good deal. Large hamburger, full of flavor. Only complaint was the hostess had attitude and then some. She needs some good advice on how to treat people. She was rude, nasty, and uncooperative. . We almost left. She absolutely refused to seat us at a booth and out of the bar area. She seated people behind us where we asked to be and then took us to the bar. It was obviously intentional and I have no clue why. If she is the welcoming committee who you first see when you arrive, you are going to have unhappy people who will be just looking for other things to go wrong. Fortunately for us, our server was excellent and we will talk to the manager if this happens to us again.

This Chilis has become our favorite restaurant. Coming from Holland we certainly pass by several restaurant options. But every time we've been to this location the service, food, and management have always been great. The menu offers a wide variety of tasty options. The restaurant is always clean and inviting. When considering a restaurant, I recommend stopping by the Chilis in Wyoming MI.

Fries had great flavor although they were cold. Very little sauce on the wings. Wings were old and hard.I was very disappointed

If you’re planning on eating here… make sure you have strong teeth!! Nothing in my order was edible! The chicken wings were rock hard and the fries…were absolutely disgusting! I can’t get rid THICK OLD GREESE flavor , even after scrubbing my teeth. Do your self a favor and keep looking at other places to order wings from. This place should be shut down!!!
