This particular location, like many others this winter, is very, very cold in the dining room (which was fairly clean, but clearly not used often).

We came in for lunch and got some slices to go. They were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. No fountain drinks, but bottled pop available.

Service was great and friendly. Will definitely come back.

Parking: The bathroom needs a key from the staff to get into, but considering the high traffic area/location, I think it also helps keep the restrooms in clean condition.

I ordered online for delivery, delivery time was 30 to 40 min ok cool.but it took over an hour for delivery and the pizza bread sticks and wings were cold, not hot, not warm, cold to the point where the food warmer is either broken or the temp is set too low......now for a $55 order I'm very disappointed I had to spend the next 15-20 minutes to reheat the food which made it taste
like eating day old food my 5 kids only ate the wings and didn't touch the bread sticks or pizza.Now their in the kitchen making ramen noodles,people work hard for their money you guys have to do better and stop sending your delivery drivers out to deliver 3 and 4 orders at a time. I literally stay 4 minutes from this location why is my food cold what a waste of money and time I'm very upset

I would give this a zero but that was not an option. I ordered delivery and did not received my order Logan the Manager refused to give me my money back originally stating that he couldn’t and also refused to send out another pizza, Logan should be fired, his behavior towards a paying customer was unacceptable. He did mention the conversation was recorded I would like the franchise to listen to the manager refuse to provide me the goods I paid for as well as refuse to refund my money, because they made a mistake!

He only reimbursed me after I had to call back a second time in which Logan continued to act as if he was first unable to - then after some back and forth he was able too.

Don’t order here they are unreliable and customer service is horrible.

I went in to pickup my carry out order and realized I ordered from the wrong store. Mike took my new carry-out order and made sure I got the best coupon deal, which was awesome. The store was super clean, and my food was ready in no time, which I appreciated seeing I that I wasn’t expecting to wait. The food was great, service was great, I will be going back.

Would usually go this location as the pizza is good. However after a stressful day I thought I’d just order my kids pizza they use grub hub for their online ordering I specially chose pickup and me and my wife drove in the rain to pick it up. At first the teenager at the desk told me he didn’t know what order we were talking about and he had nothing under that name after I showed him the receipt he said oh yeah! Let me check five minutes goes by with the manager saying I cut this pizza didn’t you already give it to someone and another teenager says I gave it too some guy… ā€œwhat guyā€ ā€œidk some guy he said it was hisā€ the manager says well since we use grubhub for online ordering it must have gone to grub hub we don’t just give food to random people… but they did they gave my pizza to someone else then refused to remake it meanwhile I’m out 40$ and my kids are still hungry. It’s the dishonesty and trying to cover for your 16 year old staff instead of remaking the pizza and owning up to your mistake.

Tried to order online, but recieved an error message. Looked at bank account and I was charged 3x for the same order. Now I’m out $100 (until whenever) and no food :(

I’m sorry I was very disappointed, I used to love Jets pizza, the last time I ordered was 2011, I spent $46 and the pizza dough tasted sour, the pepperoni tasted stale, I would’ve called to complain, but I didn’t feel like it would do any good, sorry very disappointing!

Garbage pizza for ridiculous prices, plus you CANT order online and pay cash. Which is fine IF the app or even the online approach would accept payments. Fix it. I'm going to pizza hut.
