So I got a delivery for 2 senior citizens and they wanted a medium size with extra cheese and pepperoni with a 2 liter. When the food arrived it was very burnt and no pepperoni. So I called back the manager he had no remorse about there food or wanted to refund or make it for them again. He said I didn't ordered pepperoni which I said it 3x on the phone. Bad customer service from manager and attitude don't recommend going back to that establishment.

I absolutely love Jets pizza, but sometimes I only need a slice. They have that available too! They will get it for you hot and ready. The staff is polite and work quickly. There is even room to eat inside if you want. Their app is easy to use, and it even offered me a discount for using the appš$

Love the pizza so much. We were here out of town and wanted to grab some for dinner. We put our order in and went to a store next door to kill the time. When we came back they had already closed the dining area, it was only 7:00 p.m. That is still dinnertime and I didn't understand why the dining room was already closed. We were planning on eating there before we drove back home our long drive. So then we had to figure out somewhere else to take the food and go driving around finding a park to eat at instead for our pizzas. Still not sure why they would have closed the dining room that early but why bother having it if you're not going to let people use it. Otherwise everything was great.

We love the food from this Jet's! We get it at least once a month. The quality is always great unlike other pizza places. We always pick up our food because it's less than a mile away. However, the other day our car broke down and we were forced to order delivery. First off, the delivery fee is insane! $6, for what? I know they only pay their drivers $3/hr and they have to drive their own cars, so where does that money go? Dominos only charges $5 and they provide cars for their employees and pay them $6/hr. Anyway, we were quoted a 45 to 55 minute wait time which is pretty standard on a Thursday evening. However it took an hour and 25 minutes! I was just about to call when the guy came. I gave him a decent cash tip because I know it's not his fault it took so long. The wait just seems crazy when we live less than a mile away. We will continue to get Jet's as long as we have a cat to pick it up.

This particular location, like many others this winter, is very, very cold in the dining room (which was fairly clean, but clearly not used often).
We came in for lunch and got some slices to go. They were hot and fresh and absolutely delicious. No fountain drinks, but bottled pop available.
Service was great and friendly. Will definitely come back.
Parking: The bathroom needs a key from the staff to get into, but considering the high traffic area/location, I think it also helps keep the restrooms in clean condition.

I ordered online for delivery, delivery time was 30 to 40 min ok cool.but it took over an hour for delivery and the pizza bread sticks and wings were cold, not hot, not warm, cold to the point where the food warmer is either broken or the temp is set too low......now for a $55 order I'm very disappointed I had to spend the next 15-20 minutes to reheat the food which made it taste like eating day old food my 5 kids only ate the wings and didn't touch the bread sticks or pizza.Now their in the kitchen making ramen noodles,people work hard for their money you guys have to do better and stop sending your delivery drivers out to deliver 3 and 4 orders at a time. I literally stay 4 minutes from this location why is my food cold what a waste of money and time I'm very upset

I would give this a zero but that was not an option. I ordered delivery and did not received my order Logan the Manager refused to give me my money back originally stating that he couldnāt and also refused to send out another pizza, Logan should be fired, his behavior towards a paying customer was unacceptable. He did mention the conversation was recorded I would like the franchise to listen to the manager refuse to provide me the goods I paid for as well as refuse to refund my money, because they made a mistake!
He only reimbursed me after I had to call back a second time in which Logan continued to act as if he was first unable to - then after some back and forth he was able too.
Donāt order here they are unreliable and customer service is horrible.

I went in to pickup my carry out order and realized I ordered from the wrong store. Mike took my new carry-out order and made sure I got the best coupon deal, which was awesome. The store was super clean, and my food was ready in no time, which I appreciated seeing I that I wasnāt expecting to wait. The food was great, service was great, I will be going back.

Would usually go this location as the pizza is good. However after a stressful day I thought Iād just order my kids pizza they use grub hub for their online ordering I specially chose pickup and me and my wife drove in the rain to pick it up. At first the teenager at the desk told me he didnāt know what order we were talking about and he had nothing under that name after I showed him the receipt he said oh yeah! Let me check five minutes goes by with the manager saying I cut this pizza didnāt you already give it to someone and another teenager says I gave it too some guyā¦ āwhat guyā āidk some guy he said it was hisā the manager says well since we use grubhub for online ordering it must have gone to grub hub we donāt just give food to random peopleā¦ but they did they gave my pizza to someone else then refused to remake it meanwhile Iām out 40$ and my kids are still hungry. Itās the dishonesty and trying to cover for your 16 year old staff instead of remaking the pizza and owning up to your mistake.
