I ordered food for dinner at a mister car wash. I provided the address I’m not sure how they went all the way down 28th… they went to the wrong one, I called and when I said well this happens all the time. And he goes then why do you keep ordering then, because I like your subs? Like what questions is that? Don’t you want customers? The gentlemen was nice. But then called to tell me they can’t even deliver over here so they have to cancel my order and now I have nothing to eat.

I've never usually eat inside the dining area inside, usually order 💯% take out, for delivery 🚚, I haven't got past the #15 Tuna Club double the Tuna + Oregano, the potato salad is unreal amazing unbelievable, better than Homemade potato salad 🤤, but for the tiny amount they give you, doesn't match that price unfortunately, little too pricey if you ask me, but I have tried the potato salad, to say the least, it's awesome, better than homemade, but too pricey, the delivery time is unbelievable, don't know how they do it so quickly, awesome delivery service 💯%👍

Parking: Yes, the location is mile or less, very convenient for delivery 🚚, jj's best subs, best potato salad but expensive 👍

The BEST Jimmy Johns location in the GR area, hands down. And mainly because of their staff inside the restaurant...I go through this drive through at least twice a month during lunch and I tell my coworkers every time that I need to make a review about how friendly & professional their staff is. Love you guys! ....The subs are great too & they've never gotten a single thing on my order wrong!

I ordered some food for delivery like I often do but last nights experience was a little different. Typically when I order the driver comes up to the door and rings the bell or knocks to hand us the food. Except for last night, had I not seen the car driving away I would have never known our food arrived. The driver placed our bag on the ledge at our front door and drove off didn’t knock or anything. I felt like I left an adequate tip of over 15% so it’s not like I stiffed the driver. I think it’s quite rude to not even let the recipient know their food arrived.

I'm sorry and then I proceeded to call to try to get this issue Corrected Told me he was going to put my number down so I could get fifty percent off my next sandwich, Come to find out, he never even took my number or my name down so I got screwed 2xs by them.... what can you do to help me?
