This was the worst Jimmy John’s experience I’ve ever had. There were five people in there. No one knew what was going on and they made the wrong order two times. As a brand they’re OK, but I would stay away from this location If you wanna get your order done correctly and under a half hour.

Lazy staff. When people order online, everything should be ready for pickup, that means food and drinks. We don't get paid to do your job. Deliver more than 5 miles. If your staff can't handle doing everything.

Everything I get from this location ends up being disappointing. Today it was my tuna sub only having tuna on one half, the other was just the onions and celery in the tuna salad. The 54th st location never misses!

The guy taking my order was really nice and helpful. I got the chicken bacon and ranch sub, it was really good. I love their bread!! And by the time I was done pouring my pop my sandwich was done. Super fast!!

I ordered food for dinner at a mister car wash. I provided the address I’m not sure how they went all the way down 28th… they went to the wrong one, I called and when I said well this happens all the time. And he goes then why do you keep ordering then, because I like your subs? Like what questions is that? Don’t you want customers? The gentlemen was nice. But then called to tell me they can’t even deliver over here so they have to cancel my order and now I have nothing to eat.
I went in to get 10 $20 girt cards as gifts. Cashier was very friendly and knowledgeable.

I've never usually eat inside the dining area inside, usually order 💯% take out, for delivery 🚚, I haven't got past the #15 Tuna Club double the Tuna + Oregano, the potato salad is unreal amazing unbelievable, better than Homemade potato salad 🤤, but for the tiny amount they give you, doesn't match that price unfortunately, little too pricey if you ask me, but I have tried the potato salad, to say the least, it's awesome, better than homemade, but too pricey, the delivery time is unbelievable, don't know how they do it so quickly, awesome delivery service 💯%👍

Parking: Yes, the location is mile or less, very convenient for delivery 🚚, jj's best subs, best potato salad but expensive 👍
