I ordered Jimmy John's to be delivered to me at work. I just got a slim combo, I customized the sandwich to be cut in half and for them to bring me mayonnaise packets.
The sandwich showed up, but it was not cut and there was no mayonnaise.
Because I was at work, I could not get mayonnaise anywhere else, and when I called the person was pretty rude but did tell me that when the driver got back to the store she would have them re-deliver mayonnaise packets.
After the second delivery happened I opened my sandwich to show that bread was missing and pieces of lettuce and things from other sandwiches on the wrapping and even on my sandwich.
So disappointed to pay for something so unappetizing.

Ordered food at 11:30. Food arrived at 3 pm. Driver claimed he delivered the food, but somehow never rang the bell, called us, and somehow "had trouble with the door" to the apt building. Order was supposed to come with no mayo, had mayo. Never ordering from here again.

I came in tonight with my little dog because my friend had been drinking and driving reckless I made her pull over and drop me off and the two guys working let me sit and wait for my Uber thank you so much to those guys working for being kind.

Talk about fast. This place was fast and out the door. I'm mean really quick. Toasted the sandwich right up. and I was out the door and down the street in less than ten minutes. I've had the wings too. Not bad
Vegetarian options: You can get any pizza here made to be a vegetarian delight.
Dietary restrictions: They offer a gluten free pizza which looked real good
Parking: There may be a half dozen parking spots. A it's a little tight for my big truck but others were navigating it pretty well.

Ordered potato salad today, 7/15/2024. Arrived at work and found that the expiration date on the potato salad is 6/17/24. Just opened my #1 Slim and the bottom of bread is like a hockey puck (very hard). I tossed it and the potato salad. Ugh.
Mind you, we do go here quite frequently and this is the first time we've had an issue with expired food.
Attention to detail is key. It gets old when your order isnt accurate or things like a straw or napkins arent in the bag when you order online. I understand mistakes happen but i personally have ran into this issue several times at this location. Definitely reconsidering going elsewhere.
