I PAID EXTRA for turkey on my sandwich AND DIDNT GET IT. It was a pickup order so by the time I got home and realized it was missing I wasn’t going to drive all the way back. Just frustrated I paid extra for nothing

Huge shoutout to Caleb at Jimmy John’s — he went above and beyond to help me out with my order when there was a system issue. Super friendly, professional, and handled everything quickly without making it a hassle. You can tell he really cares about the customer experience. Appreciate the great service, Caleb!

You don’t accept $50 or $100 bills, yet my total was $45. What a joke!!! Cash is king bud! I won’t be back ✌️and then you gave me rotting lettuce! Oh wow, thanks a ton 🤮

Nice steady quality. Most JJ's are the same and usually pretty good. No exception here, they produced delicious food in front of me in a clean and quick manner.

Put an order in thru the app and went to get it as we came home from out of town. 20 minutes later we get there and they hadn't started on it yet. They wernt busy. No one else in the store or parking lot. Hour and a half before closing. Sandwich was shit too.
Service was not great, the young girl had no idea how to help me or offer me other options when they didn't have the sauces I asked about. Stared at me like a deer in headlights. I barely go to Jimmy Johns and now I know why.. Told me they only had mayonnaise and mastard for sauce...???
When I went to pay, the machine asked for a tip before I saw my total... meanwhile, I had to bag my own food and get my own accommodations... but your business has the nerve to ask for a 15%+ tip..screams laziness and I payed $27 for a chicken wrap, bland chips, drink, and an extra sandwich?? Over priced, and there's no need to tip the workers when they do the bare minimum at their job... subway has better options or I'd rather make my own sandwiches at home for less... lesson learned... money hungry business.

Good location besides the fact every time I visit this location the bread is hard/dry it would be awesome if they had softer/fresh bread.

Stopped in here while on a work trip: well if I just wanted bread it would had been great. Sandwich only has 2 pieces of turkey on it. Up charged for cheese so basically a cheese and bread sandwich. Staff only seemed to be concerned with the tip option when I checked out. For $11.43 for a bread sandwich and chips I should have went to the grocery store.
