The big guy is always extremely rude I come here once a week and order the famous bowl and chicken little combo. Today I may have been a little quiet at the drive thru and he says “HELLO ARE YOU GONNA ORDER OR WHAT” very rude way to greet an returning customer was going to ask for honey mustard but he just handed me my food and walked away not even a “have a good day” I will take my money elsewhere now sadly.

I have tried to get food from this location 4 times and was only successful once. I have tried the drive thru and sat in line for over a half an hour with only 2 cars in front of me, I have gone inside and once stood in line with 3 people for a half an hour, the other time ordered and waited for my food for 45 minutes just to watch them take the food that was in the warmers the entire time out and bag it for me. I love KFC but I just can't do this anymore. I drove to the Ionia location and recieved timely, friendly service which prompted a $20 tip from me. Unfortunately I cannot always drive to Ionia because of the logistics. Please fix this location. I love KFC but have sadly given up.

My daughter and I drove a long way together from Westland to Wyoming to watch her son Michael(my grandson) play Basketball for Grace Christian University. After the game, wanting to get back home, we stopped at KFC to get a quick meal and get started on the long drive back home. We were greeted at the counter by a very friendly young man who asked if we were ready to order. We both ordered the 2 piece $5.00 meals. He informed us that it would take at least 10 minutes to cook up more wings,drumsticks and thighs. We growned, but decided to stay and wait. He felt bad and apologized and then said "Would you be willing to take 2 Chicken breasts in place of the other 2 pieces"? We said "Sure!,Thank you"! It was all very delicious and filling, and really helped to make our day even better. That was really very kind of him and you could tell that he works from the heart. Thank you
55minutes before closing, the woman taking the orders at the drive thru refused to make extra crispy for a meal. Sad customer service.

The ladies working the night of 10/15/24 were completely unprofessional. The were laughing joking throwing the tongs on the floor. Then saying the customers can go to popeyes up the street instead. All that time I stood there and they didn't even acknowledge me at all. Definitely not a welcoming experience. So I left and went to Chick-fil-A instead. KFC is going to go out of Business if they keep hiring people like this.

The employee who took our drive-thru order and gave us our food, Shannon, was awesome! She was extremely friendly and efficient, and went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests. Literally one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Because of her service, we've been revisiting this location even though it's further away from our home. Plus, even though they were short-staffed, our food came out quick, was hot, and very tasty. Kudos to management, especially Amber, for great training and putting out quality food. We'll keep coming back to this location!

Horrible service. Four cars were waiting at supposedly opening time (11:00 am). The staff was inside without answering the customers. One employee arriving at 11:30 am, smelling like weed. They opened up the window until 11:40 saying that the service will be available in another 10 minutes. It's not a surprise, to look other bad reviews on their map location.
