KFC Review – 2/10/2025 This will be the last time I ever set foot in a KFC. I don’t know if corporate stopped caring, if the employees have a bet on who can make customers sick the fastest, or if they just flat-out don’t know how to cook chicken—but whatever the reason, this place is a disaster.
First off, I ordered a simple meal: a two-piece combo with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. You’d think after decades of making fried chicken, they’d at least get that right. Wrong. When I bit into the drumstick, the food was undercooked and the skin and wet and falling off the chicken with a slimy texture underneath it. Also it was rubbery, and there were actual raw spots near the bone.
The mashed potatoes? If you told me they scooped it straight from a bucket labeled “industrial glue,” I’d believe you. The consistency was lumpy yet somehow watery, and the gravy had the flavor of burnt cardboard. As for the biscuit, it was not done.
This wasn’t even my first bad experience here. The last time, I thought I just had bad luck, but apparently, serving undercooked food is a trend at this location. And judging by what I’ve heard from others, I’m not the only one dealing with this.
KFC, do better. Or just shut this location down before someone ends up in the hospital.

I pull up yesterday, 1/16 and within moments are blessed with the gracious service of a gentleman by the name of Amen or Ahmen (I apologize if I misspelled your name) his vibes were immaculate and I put my trust in him to make the best Nashville Chicken Famous Bowl & it absolutely slapped! He warned me there was coleslaw in it, and there was a mutual understanding that previous folks were not a fan of the coleslaw but I told him I ain’t picky and boy was that delicious, something about the pickles, coleslaw, nashville hot chicken that did something positive for the rest of my day. It gave me the fuel and power to finish strong at my 9-5 and strength to walk my super hyper doggo later in the afternoon as well the ability to reflect on my love for KFC and this specific location all thanks to Amen! We will be back weekly on my lunches— hope you see this!

Worst place ever my pregnant fiancé sat in the car for 30 min on chicken tenders and was told 8 min then get this the put the wrong sauce she asked for in the bag what a joke do your damn job right and quit getting high in the bathroom

Can't find any way to view prices online, also, the company discontinued their online ordering....yet it is still advertised with special prices online. Don't even want to bother driving over there because I have no idea what to order and don't want to decided on the spot in the drive thru. Please make your prices available to view online!

Went here to eat dinner. Staff gave us old biscuits but made us new ones. Could not find a clean table every table was dirty. You can do better! You know when your biscuits are to old and pay more attention to your dining area. You were not over busy where you do not have time for a clean table. Would you eat at a dirty table? Seen a sign in bathroom that said " the kernel says all employees must wash there hands. Found it funny if they can't wash there dirty tables I'm sure they don't wash there hands. Please do better we love to eat here.

The girl was laughing when she asked for my order. So I ordered the $5 nugget meal to which she said they don’t have it anymore but yet there is still a sign advertising it. The girl was rude and horrible customer service! I will not go there ever again!

The lady was very pushy. Me amd my sister in law order a 12 piece bucket meal amd we didn't get our biscuits. And the lady who took our oder didn't ask if there was anything else we wanted. We had to do a second order just so we could get something to drink.
