Wish I was able to write a real review. But after standing there being ignored for 14 minutes. Then told to go to the other side. Then the employees was talking and laughing looking at us. Decided to not spend my money here.

Actually after waiting and looking all that time. A young man did tell us to go order. We walked over by the register and was ignored by the young lady still. My friend still had questions to ask. I just wanted an emote. And every place in chicago I ordered on the line. But my friend wanted to try some new for him stuff and wasn't giving the opportunity. Its just sad. I always try to support local businesses especially if they remind me of home.

Oh my the service here is not good at all. We waited for 15 minutes they had three staff that ignored us. They only have menus in Spanish I think because I couldn't ask for an English version because they ignored us. You don't order where you can see the menu.

On a good note it seemed clean.

I hope they go out of business soon.

They took a very long time to process my order, even though the appetizers were delicious. I was forced to wait for an hour even though there were only three customers in front of me when I placed my order. They got their orders right away, and I was still there waiting. I just had ordered cream-topped strawberries and nachos with cheese.

The quality of the food has dropped a lot. I asked for a roast cake and they gave me a cake with the bread all watery, cold, without avocado or even cream and with sausages. I called them to see what happened. And they particularly ignored me, what a lack of respect. I used to be a regular customer but it's no longer worth eating, there's terrible food.

I asked for corn in a cup and this is what I got ….. drenched in mayo and cheese couldn’t event taste the corn …. Drove from holland and wasted time and money!

I had a bad experience at this store yesterday, the two workers were incredibly rude around 1:10-1:30 9/20/24 if you have cameras please watch them.

They treated a lady customer with kids very badly, they gave her the wrong order and when they tried to return it to get the right one it fell/spilled and the cashiers would not get them a new one without charging.

First off the order was wrong, second it fell when returning it because it was wrong. I can't believe what I seen, that is horrible and I probably wont come back.

I ordered two chocolate ice cream cones one strawberry a michoacana and a coke to go

I was given an ice cream cone that was all strawberry and one that was strawberry and chocolate. I was trying to tell them the strawberry with chocolate was incorrect and they would not listen they just kept saying we’re not done we’re getting the other one then I said but this one is incorrect I did not order chocolate with strawberry
I ordered two chocolate cones one strawberry and just then the strawberry berry icecream fell off the cone From which I had seen the girl before having a hard time loading it on the cone and did not fill it stable.
I told her she had not set it right and she said she could not replace it.
First how did she expect this not to happen on a ti go order she should have put them in a box But that not all she had one order wrong and this may not have happened if I did not have to keep trying to explain to them. They just did not want to listen. I asked them if they were really going to do that to my grand daughter make me give her an empty cone and I kept asking for a manager or owner and they said one would not be there till later. O asked about what time and they acted not to hear me.
Then I asked açaí to fill the cone with ice I cream and they said it would be another 3.70 I could not punish my grand daughter for their mistake so I paid. The other customers were just shaking their heads at them as well.

Your service has gone way down. I’m so disappointed
