The first two times I went in I enjoyed the drinks we got, the third time, not so much. We decided to just go in and get two la fresa michoacanas and on the way home, I was fishing out strawberry pieces because I wanted to eat a few first, only to discover that the strawberries were very brown. Not confident that they were fresh, more than likely frozen. I may give them another chance in a few months.

I've visited a few times and have had great service and food every time! Good chill atmosphere. The horchata is delicious, the tortas a delicious, along with the elote and the enchiladas! Will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service, not at all friendly and they get angry because you tell them that your order is wrong. I don't understand why they charge so much if what they sell you is very poorly made, I definitely don't recommend this place.

La Loteria is my favorite Mexican restaurant! It's very cute inside and the menu is huge! The food is absolutely amazing. It's fresh, delicious, and priced well. The service is great and everyone is very friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

I ordered some tacos and they took more than half an hour and the al pastor tacos hurt me, they have too much seasoning and it doesn't taste anything other than achiote, guacala and I won't order that again

I always go here for corn on a stick but every time it doesn't have mayonnaise, just cheese and chili??ET: They don't proportion the elote well… there's hardly mayo, just cheese and spice.(I’m referring to the original elote on a stick, not in the cup)

The food from there is freshly made, has a cute interior and logo, and the ice cream was very delicious. There are also many flavors to choose from: chocolate, strawberry, and any other flavors you can probably expect. The service is good overall, even when the place is full like a carnival. Overall, it's amazing. ?

I got the carne asada fries and I personally did not like them. There wasn’t much flavor in the potatoes or in general. Hot sauce and peanuts were both a dollar extra lol. The two drinks were $3 each lol. The ice cream tasted more like coconut than vanilla. The food was a 6/10 but try it for yourself and see. The service was good and the restaurant was nice and clean.

Cute little spot: got the Elote: Mexican corn and steak fries (cold fries and gross avocads). Place is clean and the offer ice creams, yogurts, fruit cups and fries and lots of unique Mexican offerings. We ordered the Elote with no hot spice and they added it..I dont like hot spices. We called ahead the order and when I went to return the Elote for a non Spicy Corn, she threw my cup in trash and was really rude telling me she asked me twice if I wanted it. I know what I ordered because I don't do hot. The She angrily remade it throwing the ingredients in a cup with a terrible attitude and was an absolutely disgusting. I thought there offerings looked good and wanted to order dessert but she ruined the experience and I don't do business with rude people. So we left. But it was a cute shop and clean. Customer service terrible. I won't return
