Pizza is always soft and barely cooked. This has happened on many occasions. Make sure you ask for “well done”. Their pizza tastes much better when it’s fully cooked. Their other items are cooked as expected.

I sent my daughter to get pizza puffs because I couldn't get out due to just having surgery first They Tell her that they can't take a 50 dollar bill then they mess up the order so she had to go to the gas station to get change get back they messed up the order again and after they finally got it right they gave her some small dough bites that's cold with no bacon on it I won't be going back to that location anymore

I don't like the location of this little Caesars in the first place. But, because the other location was closed due to construction. We ended up on 28th St, they were pretty busy, and when we got home with our pizza. It looked like they had just thrown it into the box. The only reason I gave them a 3 star rating, is because they were able to give me a refund. Otherwise I will not be back.
Consistently poor service any time I pick up. Pizza is always poorly cut/never on time when order says it is. Today two girls sitting on their phones behind the counter while two others were working to complete orders and the lobby was full. One of the girls proceeded swearing at her coworkers for something in front of customers and kids. I do not recommend anyone ever go to this location.

The workers just don't care.. when I went here.. I would see new people every time.. nothings is ready.. nothing looks like the pictures..the workers look like battery operated people with a low cell battery.. slow and unenthusiastic. Some places care and some dont.. go to a different one if you have the time.
