Never in my life have I experienced customer service this bad. I ordered a Stromboli and the entire bottom was burned. When I called to let them know, they hung up on me. I called again and was told “that’s the way it is” and that they were not going to change it or fix it. Don’t ever go to this location! We accidentally ordered pizza to this location instead of the one in Grand Haven. We were told to cancel our order and that it would be refunded, we then reordered with the correct location. The owner is now declining to give us the refund as promised which is over $60. We have been reaching out repeatedly since December, including the service they use for transactions and they are refusing to refund. We cannot dispute the charge with our bank...read full review
