How am I the only car in the parking lot at 430 on a Saturday and I still had to wait before they would take my order. Then handed me a drink that looks like it exploded, I should've just rejected it. Why bother staying open if you can't even make a soft drink.

I was CRAVING LJS on Saturday and when I pulled up to the drive-thru (around 1pm) I sat there and waited and waited for about 5 minutes and no one came on the intercom. SO DISSAPPOINTING! It's not as if they were busy! It is more and more seeming like LJS is a front for some underground money laundering if they can't bring themselves to take ONE order in the afternoon.....

Visited on 2/22 and was very satisfied. One issue was quickly nullified by employees. Just wish the lobster bites came in bigger portions like in the past!

My wife suggested ljs for lunch, that the wyoming 28th st location was open, so i was like heck yeah! Food was fresh off the press. The service was great. Had a full belly within minutes. Glad they are open again.

Why is this restaurant closed every 3 months for weeks at a time?

Pros: I’ve always had good food here Cons: I never get to eat here anymore bc online pickup is now always disabled on the app/web at this particular location
I’ve heard stories about this location, but honestly have only ever had good food and really friendly employees. For a while, likely due to COVID, their hours weren’t consistent (sometimes they were open, sometimes they weren’t), but that all seems to have straightened out the past 6 months or so. My only complaint would be that online pickup ordering has been disabled the past month (I’ve checked all times of the day so it’s not that they’re busy), so we haven’t been able to get our fix. Many restaurants use apps these days and I think they could be losing out on a bunch of business. I know I can order and then have my app scanned, but that wouldn’t work for me, personally, for a variety of reasons. I can only do online pickup. If you do visit, check the apps for coupons!

Bro I’m finna crash out on my momma. I had ordered coleslaw and tell me why as soon as I had opened that bag it has started smelling like whoo I cannot even explain. That smell got me acting up I swear. I open the bag the coleslaw and it’s watery and the smell. Holy my house stank now. Also why is nobody parked outside yall store on my momma yall fell off 😂

Don't get me wrong ,, I love their fish ,,, but I didn't go there that night ,, they were closed. I had only inqured on going there ,, but the 28'th street Long John Silvers would have been closed within 15 minutes before I got there .
Been a while since I tried Long John’s, thought I would give it a go on 10/21 around 7:35 seen online they’re open until 8 but guess what? Not open. Thanks for making my night difficult. Honor your hours or update them online.
