The nastiest food I’ve ever had! I can’t believe I even paid for this food. The waitress was rude and not attentive at all. Instead of chips and salsa they brought out some cold soup that smelled horrible. I ate the rice and a taco ( i had to remove all the meat because it was disgusting) Over all it was the worst experience I’ve EVER had! Don’t waste your money or time.

Service was terrible. Waitress sat on her phone at the bar. Food was sub par beans and rice over seasoned. Guacamole was really plain. No one came to ask if we needed anything else to drink since it took 20 minutes after we got our drinks to food.

Food NOT good and OVER-PRICED.Their menu prices does NOT match when you pay at register.. Prices are EXTREMELY HIGH at register. Menu says $5.99 for chips & guacamole but they charged me $9.. Tacos came to $30. Coke $4. Then they charged me for 2 cokes and I ONLY got 1...But NEVER once did they say menu prices are different when I said $5.99 and she said yes.Reporting them to BBB

The actual price of the food was twice what was listed on the menu. The server did not inform us and was unwilling to discuss it. They also got our order wrong and refused to correct it. Very dishonest and not customer friendly. We will not be eating here again.

If i could leave no stars i would. We walked in at 7:19 after reading the sign saying they closed at 8pm, as we walked in the door they turned off the sign and turned us away.. while people were still inside eating! Weve heard nothing but good things about this place & were excited to try it out but after today; WE WILL NOT BE BACK. The people working were incredibly rude. Guess thats why you should read reviews first!

One of the meals ordered were chicken tacos, server brought out ground beef and told us they ran out of chicken. Waitress got defensive when we stated that we ordered chicken and got aggressive about making a new order as this is not the original meal that was placed by us. We kept the food that was not ordered and we were charged for it.During this whole time very loud non kid friendly music was being played during regular dinner hours. There was a table with about 10 males in the middle of the restaurant getting very loud, drunk and swearing the whole time.Taking music, rough crowd and wrong order out of this review, food was not good very bland taste.Save your money and go somewhere else.
All-Around Goodness!!! My family and I have gone here twice, and each time we have experienced a very well-put-together delicious meal. I have no idea where the negative reviews I read would get the notion to call this food not authentic! Fresh, colorful veggies. Perfectly cooked shrimp soooo very flavorful! Yummy Margaritas! I had to write this review because I would not have gone if I had read the reviews on this site. It is worth a try. Oh, and yes, they do have loud karaoke! I don't care for it, but it would not stop me from going again.

Pricing wrong on the menus. Didn't bother trying to argue as they spent more time talking on speaker phone the whole time I waited for my food. $20 lunch with 2 tacos, chips and guac and a coke. Tacos were not good at all. Guac was brown from old avocados. I will not be going back!

Worst service ever. Based on the food not our waitress. We ordered appetizers and the beans came back cold as hell. Appetizers came out after our food arrived. Meat tasted reheated, pozole no flavor meat dry and everything was cold. Nothing we ordered came out right. On top of telling management our experience she didn't seem to care. We told her everything and she said next time you come back we we'll get it right, next time hell no we're from CHICAGO THERE IS NO NEXT TIME . How do we pay for food that we couldn't eat for being so tasteless, cold and not good at all? These 2 women yelled at our waitress and tried blaming her for our food. What the hell? These people need some real serious training in FOOD INDUSTRY. I can't believe these women argued with us. Refused to let us pay for what we did eat. Made us look like crazies. Crazy for having high expectations on what we want to eat.. This was unbelievable. Restaurants ain't the same after Covid. Stay away from this crappy restaurant and horrible management. I feel so awful only nice thing here was our waitress. She deserved her tip. Poor girl was getting verbally abused by her manager. That abuse is unacceptable. Found a tasty hole in the wall spot, was craving something authentic and fresh? and I didn’t leave feeling heavy…me and my sister where able to share a pozolè soup (it’s huge) and 6 tacos for about 35$ ?? definitely recommend

I really hate to give poor reviews but this time I have to. I went with my husband and 6 month old son on a Sunday around3pm. The food was ok but disappointing for the high price. I got a tostada de ceviche that ended up being just cut up chunks of shrimp with a mayonnaise sauce. Not authentic. Nasty sauce. The mojarra was flavored well but I think it was undercooked in some spots. There was no way to tell the waiter because he was too busy at the bar with 4 drunk men singing karaoke super loud for a Sunday afternoon when it’s supposed to be a family oriented restaurant. Besides the loudness they were allowing the men to use profanity while singing. Way too loud for a 6 month old and too inappropriate for the other young kids in the restaurant. We actually had to leave because my son had enough of the loud music when they turned it up. My husband had to go ask for the bill because we couldn’t get anyones attention. Horrible service. Then the waiter asked him when he was paying if everything was ok.and apologized for the loud music. Unacceptable. If I was the owners I would really look at their practices and do some customer service training. Not going back. Very bad experience. Honestly I won’t even recommend the place .
