Had friends over for New Year's Day. Ordered 3 pizzas (one per couple) to be delivered. Delivery was 15 minutes after agreed-on time. One pizza was fine. Second pizza had thin crust when reg. crust had been ordered. Third pizza? No where to be seen. They had to go back to retrieve it and we had to wait until they returned before we could eat. Rather disappointing.

I have long been a fan of Marco's Pizza, both in Michigan and Florida. Last night we ordered pizza for delivery. The online ordering process was frustrating and the delivery was very delayed. We had hungry guests and waited 45 min past our delivery time, along with inaccurate communication regarding delivery. However, when it arrived, the pizza was delicious! I will order again but probably do my own pickup.

Typically nothing bothers me but this pizza look like somebody sat on it I got it because I was hungry for lunch and it is 2:00 it is past lunch so instead of serving it to me for a discounted rate he served it to me at a full price this thing looks super overcooked and is not edible in any means and thought it was okay to serve it to me then when I went inside to throw away my trash he asked if the pizza was okay and I said no it sucked and he did nothing about it I even asked if he was the manager he said yes he was total crash quality control

First time ordering I wanted to try the bowl Philly cheese bowl to be exact and I'll order a ham sub 12 to be exact I told the caller once he let me know that my order came up to $25 I only had $40 tell me why my order get here I'm ready I have $40 and he didn't have no change the caller never relayed the message for him to bring a bank change basically which I was going to give him $7 tip which will leave me with $8 back so guess who don't get to try it ME he took the food back because I wasn't going to give a $15 tip to a place I never tried before

12/28/24 Placed an order ahead of time and they had it ready at exactly the time I needed it for not a second late. Staff was friendly and very professional I’ll definitely order here again.

Loveee this pizza place! Good cooking time and honestly the pizza always looks like they come from the pizza gods weither I call and order a pizza for pickup or I door dash it! I normally get trust issues with big brand pizza places but Marcos was definitely made by the pizza gods themselves. I'll always come back! I always recommend my friends I made them try it their not as obsessed as me but they all agree its a damn good pizza place. OH! AND I shouldn't forget but even the 2liters come cold (if I remember correctly) and thats amazing for when I forget I don't have a drink to go with pizza.
