I was in a pinch to get some lunch boxes for an executive lunch at my company. When I called the store Malcom (the general manager) was like an angel sent from the heavens. He helped me get the lunchboxes despite the short notice and the restaurant being extremely busy when I stopped in at lunch to pick them up. Malcom and the staff were patient , understanding and accommodating. Thank you everyone!

Every time I order to go they forget something. This time they forgot a side of Mac n cheese which was supposed to be my toddler’s lunch. Called to get a refund; spoke to a lady who literally couldn’t have cared less who passed me off to a man who also didn’t care. Asked for a refund; still no refund. No apology for the mistake. Never coming back.

We were at a church seminar in Caledonia recently and we received boxed lunches from McAlister's Deli. I am assuming it was from this location. The sub was huge and came with Miss Vickie's Kettle Chips, a delicious pickle and large homemade cookie. The box also included a packet of mayonnaise and of mustard, silverware and napkin. It was nicely presented. This was the first time I have ever heard of them. Very good!

Never even got my food. Ordered online, got there at the estimated pickup time, waited a half hour, asked them to cancel my order.
Ordered an order to go and we picked it up and when we came home the order was completely wrong!!! Didn’t give us the right sandwich, baked potatoes were dry with no toppings(we ordered with toppings. Totally disappointed in Maccalisters!!! This is not the first time we ordered from them and again got the order wrong. We called and talked to the manager and he apologized and said we would be refunded which we weren’t!!! I tried to call today and they don’t answer their phone and their mailbox is completely full. So how do I get ahold of these people??

Me and my Mom came in and ordered some salads (which were good salads btw) I was sick at the time feeling like I needed to throw up, I didn’t, but I know as someone who works customer service that when you see this you might even get annoyed because you might have to clean something up. Instead what happened is a black girl with glasses brought me some mints and told me that these help her when she’s sick. They actually did help a bit, but either way their lobby was busy, but she still took time to try and help. I hope she knows her kindness is recognized, and we need more customer service workers like her.

1st visit to a McAlister restaurant....my Italian sandwich was good...not good enough to bring me back tho. especially considering how disappointing my wifes ruben was...witch is why we went there... hope this isn't the correct corporate portion for sauerkraut...we are not one to have the redo while the other waits. and although several employees walked by us as we sat next to kitchen door.. not one person asked how it was.. when we ordered we made sure to tell them it was our first time at a McAlister..it was edible. sandwiches were hot..really thought it was gonna be a new goto. but no.

No one at this location knows how to make iced tea there is never enough ice and the bottom half of the tea is always puke warm.
This location is just a disappointment in general compared to the Lansing location. Squished bread and cucumber and tomato are looking pathetic.
