My daughter wanted a frappe before school so I stopped here. They asked for her code first so I gave it to them and then they went on to say 'oh we can't do frappes today". I checked to see if I could use a different code and of course the app won't let me. I told the worker that and asked can I get a (cheaper btw) Iced coffee instead since it took my code. She consults with the manager I assume, and tells me "no, they can't do that due to price difference and the points will return to the app". Out of frustration I drove off and decided to go to the MCD by my daughter's school instead and long behold, those points did not return to my daughter's app. I had to use my app to get her a frappe. I then called the Wyoming location and told her that her customer service could have been better. I know we can't control the app but what I feared would happen, happened and it could have been avoided had she just provided actual customer service (the customer service I learned when I was a manager at McDonald's) and replaced the frappe they couldn't give me with an iced coffee.
I haven't been to McDonald's in so long this validates why, paired with how bad the food is for your health.
I used to brag about the training I received from working at MCD but I think I'll omit that story from now on. MCD is a breeding ground for unhappy workers who knows nothing about customer service.

It’s the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Literal trash everywhere, milk running down the doors. Every table in the play area was dirty, trash overflowing at 9am.The lady at the counter was rude, impatient, talking loud with attitude to every customer. They should really fix this considering they’re one of few who still have play place area.

Would only give 0 stars but won't let me today on 12-28-2024 9:38 pm ...I had an order delivered . Instead of having the delivery driver contact me they decided to replace 1 Apple pie and 1 holiday pie. With 4 cookies. Which if I wanted cookies I would have grabbed some that I baked this morning. 10 piece nuggets were so hard my dog wouldn't even eat them Also ordered 2 mcribs.. both extra sauce.. both has suck little sauce it looked as if they dried the rib patty off with a towel
When I called to complain all I got was oh they probably thought you needed something sweet.. uh no explained the no sauce on sandwiches.. I'm sorry
Then told me if I bring the food back then they can do something I'm disabled no vehicle thata y delivered. Ok sorry nothing we can do. To many people complained about this location corporate needs to go in .and some employee changes or corporate needs to get in touch with franchisers. Cold and stale.only met 1 employee there that works late morning / early noon and she is polite and her kindness is only reason I do go back there.

You will sit in the drive thru lane and wait for a very long time, they also cancel your mobile orders and leave you in the drive thru lane and when you go around they are on their phones laughing and ignore everyone inside and out of the building. They have told us to pull forward for pies and never brought them out either, cold food, and always someone else’s order.

Now we have been all over the US, and THIS McDonald's is THE WORST one we have ever been to! Went inside to order for my husband and myself, one person in front of me with a little girl. After ordering she asked the manager that took the order if she knew about how long the wait would be. The manager looks at her, shrugs her shoulders and says with a snotty attitude..whenever it's ready! Then looks at me and asks what I needed, I said to place an order. She turned and walked away. I then stood there for 15MINUTES just waiting to order. While this woman paid ZERO attention to the counter and not a single other employee 3ven acknowledged I was there. I finally walked out VERY angry and said we will NEVER go back there again. If you don't like your job (woman with braids probably in her late 40's) don't be there or at least don't take it out on the people making it so you keep your job and get some better help!!
