The service and food here used to be terrible, and you could even hear the employees making fun of customers.
They seem to have a lot of new staff, they've improved a lot! Orders are very accurate, food is delicious, and they're very fast, if they're not too busy.

McDonald's as some how always orders the same thing every time, two Plain double cheeseburgers and large frie. Please Stop putting Onions on my burgers. it's just bun meat, cheese, meat, cheese then bun. First off you have no idea if I'm allergic to onions. (thankfully I'm not) but I absolutely Hate them. that is why I order Plain double cheeseburgers.

Great place to enjoy McDonald's famous food on 28th Street. Families definitely will enjoy the bonus of a play place and a meal at this location. Fresh food was delicious, Monopoly, and a beverage. Can't lose with this McDonald's. Conveniently between the Woodland Mall and Rivertown Crossings mall in Wyoming, MI.

Whoever was working at the drive-through cash register right now was so rude

My daughter wanted a frappe before school so I stopped here. They asked for her code first so I gave it to them and then they went on to say 'oh we can't do frappes today". I checked to see if I could use a different code and of course the app won't let me. I told the worker that and asked can I get a (cheaper btw) Iced coffee instead since it took my code. She consults with the manager I assume, and tells me "no, they can't do that due to price difference and the points will return to the app". Out of frustration I drove off and decided to go to the MCD by my daughter's school instead and long behold, those points did not return to my daughter's app. I had to use my app to get her a frappe. I then called the Wyoming location and told her that her customer service could have been better. I know we can't control the app but what I feared would happen, happened and it could have been avoided had she just provided actual customer service (the customer service I learned when I was a manager at McDonald's) and replaced the frappe they couldn't give me with an iced coffee. I haven't been to McDonald's in so long this validates why, paired with how bad the food is for your health. I used to brag about the training I received from working at MCD but I think I'll omit that story from now on. MCD is a breeding ground for unhappy workers who knows nothing about customer service.
It’s the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. Literal trash everywhere, milk running down the doors. Every table in the play area was dirty, trash overflowing at 9am.The lady at the counter was rude, impatient, talking loud with attitude to every customer. They should really fix this considering they’re one of few who still have play place area.
