They refuse to hold any staff accountable when they get upset in the drive thru, I get it’s stressful but man I’ve had the same couple of workers just get so upset and petty because they don’t like being slammed at dinner times. It’s the closest one to me but I’ll just have to go elsewhere until a manager gets hired that can do THEIR job better than they do now

When im forced to go to MCDONALD'S I get 2 thing nuggets or number 3 no onions lrg moca frapa almost everytime at least the last 7 times comes in a log cup half full and I nicely say something everytime and everytime they give me a look and shrugged there shoulders but dont attempt to full the cup . What's worce I dont like uncooked onions and everytime it have them on it ...... what a waste of money at 6 bucks each the hole meal cost 21.50 are you kidding me . No

The food was great! The service was awesome with one huge exception! Kyle the manager was so Rude to his employees! He talks to them like garbage. This man needs to be humbled, and reminded that it’s disgusting to speak to your workers with such disrespect. Other then that this was a great experience

The manager was running the register. She messed up my order. I asked the runner if she could help, but she said she's the manager, talk to her. Customer service is definitely not a priority. If it was, they would get someone that could run the register and get things bagged up properly.
I ordered 2 happy meals. 2 $5 deals. And a double hamburger meal.
The 2 $5 meals were incomplete. They didnt give me the nuggets for the 2 $5 meals.
When I pointed that out, the employee huffed. The manager came, I told them I still needed nuggets. They gave me one box of 4pc nuggets and then told me they gave me an “extra” one.
The “extra” one being the 2nd 4pc that I had ordered. So it wasn’t actually extra.
The order ended up turning out correct, but people should count nugget boxes.
TL;DR Solved the math problem with the wrong equation basically.

I ordered from the drive thru, a Big Mac with extra sauce, I didn't get any napkins.... I ordered a 10 piece nugget with 2 sauces, I didn't get any sauce. I ordered a drink and didn't get a straw. America is tired of this level of service. This is why we oppose raising the minimum wage, it's rarely deserved anymore. Do better.
