I ordered from the drive thru, a Big Mac with extra sauce, I didn't get any napkins.... I ordered a 10 piece nugget with 2 sauces, I didn't get any sauce. I ordered a drink and didn't get a straw. America is tired of this level of service. This is why we oppose raising the minimum wage, it's rarely deserved anymore. Do better.

So over these McDonald's telling me my order is ready when it hasn't even BEEN STARTED. All these restaurants have been doing this to protect their service times when we all know they are not fast anymore. McDonald's corporate REALLY NEEDS TO STOP THIS PRACTICE. They print off all the orders and then take their time with take out and counter. Because Drive thru is always more important. As it's harder to fake those numbers.
They refused to deliver my food to my table, and I am injured, so I left 15 dollars worth of food. I am an almost everyday customer who orders multiple times a day, and I feel disrespected.
food was nice and fresh, staff was friendly. only reason I'm leaving the review is a health code violation. there is no running water in the men's restroom and I personally saw 2 people walk out and wash their hands with the water at the drink station.

Manager was so unprofessional and staff were so rude! I stopped by this McDonald’s as we realized one of our kids did not get a croc toy but a nerf toy so wanted to make it right and get the same toy and so I stopped at the next McDonald’s that was on the way home as we were 30min away from the other one, where we got the happy meals and the McDonald’s staff were rude and acted as if exchanging a toy was going to break the bank?!? Unreal! I just left and said what a croc! lol!?! Stopped by the McDonald’s by my house and told them what happened and they exchanged the toy and were so nice about it. All over a croc toy? WOW!?! I will never stop at this McDonald’s ever! The way they acted was so odd? I cannot explain it? Just odd? Maybe it’s poor management that reflects on the staff? Hmmmm?
