This McDonalds is by far one of the best in the city...Guy with ponytail may be a manager may be white or hispanic trying to tell customer what to do the next time they come is ridiculous if I ask for ketchup at the window I ask for ketchup at the window dont tell me to order it at the speaker ketchup is a condiment which you have on hand at the window. He had the audacity to tell me next time he charging me if I dont ask at the speaker sir you work at Mcdonalds dont over do your job and make everyone else look bad for your poor customer service. He needs a reality check you dont own Mcdonalds.

The McDonalds on Chicago Drive makes the best caramel ice coffee! I always order it with 4 or 5 shots of cream which lightens the coffee taste and smooths it out. Yummy! The drive thru ladies are always so friendly too.

This money employee is so rude. They didn’t give me my sprite that I ordered. They didn’t give me my other mcdouble and they’re missing my chicken nuggets and they didn’t even fill my fries up all the way my food is cold. I picked it up as soon it’s like they handed it out. It taste like leftovers and the staff is so rude And I didn’t even get my money back.

I’m extremely upset with how i was treated by someone who’s suppose to be management . She was very very rude when i came in for some breakfast just like i do every other day and during my previous visit my bagel was made incorrectly and i lost my receipt, once i said that she became extremely hostile and continued to be rude! i then called the restaurant to find out what the store number was and she hung up on me and kept declining my call. Im never coming again say bye to a 10 year customer

My wife went here because it was going to be too late of dinner by the time she got home. She was told to wait, which is weird when there was no one in the drive thru nor inside ok whatever. She gets home and notices we don't have our burger. So I try calling wait a minute now one answers, I wait another 30 seconds when I pretty much know they aren't going to pick up. So I'm here writing a review and eating realizing that my nuggets I did get have what seems to be bones in them. What is going on McDonald's this is just unacceptable. Get it together

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a McDonald’s before. First, the service was absolutely awful. The staff seemed annoyed the moment we walked in, and we had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to place our order, even though the place wasn’t busy. The cashier was rude and messed up our order, and when we pointed it out, she acted like it was our fault.
