Usually the food here is good which is why I gave it 3 stars but I just picked up my mobile order which was a double quarter pounder and the bun is literally rock hard. It’s probably been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I’m tempted to drive back but after a long day at work I’m tired and now I’m hungry. Thanks.

Wow, I got breakfast here the day before. A six and a seven. The orange juice was extremely watery because they didn't swap out the syrup. So I figured I'd give them a call to try to save them some headache and disappointed customers. So they could swap it out. They wanted me to come back in. After an 11-hour shift. It wasn't in me. I was told to come back the next day. Which I did. I got the worst service the second time around. This older lady. Acted like I was inconveniencing her. When she was getting paid to be there. Gave me one orange juice when the day before I had two that were watered down. Didn't ask me any questions. As well as I got a comment. Oh make sure to get a drink to make sure it's right... No straw. Mentioning this twice. I hesitated I was in a rental. Last thing I need is to get a stain on the interior. I'm appalled by the service of this facility. Is this how you treat people that are paying customers.

Was 2 PM stopped in every table dirty bathroom gross floors all full of trash. I can see at rush hour but it's 2 PM and place is trashed if you want to sit at a filthy table this is the place for you . Sad this nice new building style and all the tools to be nice it's not and workers want 20 a hour right

This McDonalds is by far one of the best in the city...Guy with ponytail may be a manager may be white or hispanic trying to tell customer what to do the next time they come is ridiculous if I ask for ketchup at the window I ask for ketchup at the window dont tell me to order it at the speaker ketchup is a condiment which you have on hand at the window. He had the audacity to tell me next time he charging me if I dont ask at the speaker sir you work at Mcdonalds dont over do your job and make everyone else look bad for your poor customer service. He needs a reality check you dont own Mcdonalds.

The McDonalds on Chicago Drive makes the best caramel ice coffee! I always order it with 4 or 5 shots of cream which lightens the coffee taste and smooths it out. Yummy! The drive thru ladies are always so friendly too.

This money employee is so rude. They didn’t give me my sprite that I ordered. They didn’t give me my other mcdouble and they’re missing my chicken nuggets and they didn’t even fill my fries up all the way my food is cold. I picked it up as soon it’s like they handed it out. It taste like leftovers and the staff is so rude And I didn’t even get my money back.
