I gave it a 4 mostly because the parking area had not been plowed asks it was difficult to get to the door; I know that it's MI in December, but get the lot plowed before the snow gets deep and frozen, icy mess. Otherwise, nothing negative on the experience.

I am not the type of person to leave bad reviews but I ordered my food 10 minutes before breakfast ended which I usually wouldn’t do but I get to the window at 10:58(on a Saturday) and it takes the lady 3 minutes to even say anything but I waited because I am a patient person She finally talks to me at 11:01 and I gave her my code and she says she can’t ring it in because it’s past 11. I told her I already paid and placed my order 10 minutes ago, but she said she still couldn’t process it because I didn’t get there before 11… which I did.. do better I guess? Stop chatting with your friends in the back and take someone’s order when they get to the screen?? I had to just refund my order myself (she said it should have charged me but the money was ALREADY taken out of my account..)

This is the best mcd's in likely a 10 mile radius. Definitely the fastest time after time they keep cars moving with rarely EVER pulling aside. Maybe once in 15 yrs. Food is usually fresh given that it's fast food. I never go to Mcd w/o my app. It's more reasonable in price by far.
I made 2 orders on a Thursday night around 2130 hours. First order was the filet of fish and that was delivered out to my car and under 4 minutes. I was definitely impressed and wanted another but decided to get an ice cream cone instead. Second order was that ice cream cone and I waited almost 30 minutes for that to be brought out to my car after the order through the McDonald's app was submitted. I was not impressed with the wait with the second order! The young man who brought it out was certainly polite, professional, and courteous. However, he said nothing of the near 30 minute wait for an ice cream cone.

Ive never really had much issues with this McDonald's but they parked 5 different vehicles. We still dont have our food, and people behind us in drive thru are pulling past with theirs. Thankfully only 5 minutes from work, but I won't have time to eat now before I go in. Update: the manger is very rude, doesnt know how to run her shift. The orders kept being handed out wrong. Its insane just how bad that was, in fact I would of shut down drive thru. They are in way to over their heads. Had to leave to take the boyfriend to work and leave without his sandwich so now he wasn't able to eat before work even with us leaving 1 hour before work living only 20 away. Do the math, yeah it took that long.
