Absolutely terrible. Their receipt printer was broken and they could not provide a receipt. They could not cancel my order..they could not provide a managers name or phone number. I have never encountered such incompetence in my life. Stay away!!

For one they didn’t get my order right they never read the order back to me so when I went up to the window, they didn’t even tell me what I got so I said do you know what I have? Oh yeah so they just took my card I said can you please read it back so I know how much so you’re not just charging my card extra please and May I get my receipt? It was a shit show 🤦🏽

As usual for McDonalds the lobby was dirty. Not a clean table to be found. They do not have a beverage area in the lobby so could not even wet napkins down to clean the table. Seems odd that they don't . The service was not bad , The food was warm. The staff was not friendly and the Mexican music was very loud in the lobby. Will not be back anytime soon.
