A+++ 🍔 Ode to Mr. Burger 🍔
In neon glow, where hunger finds its plea,
Stands Mr. Burger, for all the world to see.
No silver spoon, no gourmet, lofty claim,
Just honest beef beneath a well-known name.
A legend built on sizzling, savory heat,
The perfect haven on the bustling street.
The scent, a siren, pulls the weary soul,
A promise whispered, making spirits whole.
Of fresh-cut lettuce, crisp and green and bright,
Tomato slices, catching dining light.
The pickle rounds, their tangy, vinegared zest,
To put the humble sandwich to the test.
The patty waits, a dark and juicy prize,
From grill's fierce kiss, where smoke begins to rise.
It crackles, spits, a meaty, hearty song,
A simple goodness we have craved so long.
Then cheese descends, a blanket soft and wide,
Melting slowly, where the flavors hide.
The bun is toasted, golden, soft, and warm,
A perfect vessel to withstand the storm
Of condiments applied with knowing hand—
Mustard's sharp tang across the promised land,
Ketchup's sweet blush, a crimson, lovely sheen,
Mayonnaise swirl, a creamy, slick routine.
The symphony complete, a tower tall,
Stacked high with care before the coming fall.
It's wrapped in paper, steaming from the core,
A masterpiece you always crave for more.
The first hot bite, a texture, taste delight,
Everything's balanced, everything is right.
From weary traveler to the daily grind,
The finest comfort that the hungry find.
A family stop, a late-night, lonely meal,
The universal joy that burgers reveal.
So lift a glass (perhaps a soda pop),
To Mr. Burger, always at the top
Of simple pleasures, honest, filling fare,
A greasy crown for him who truly cares.
He feeds the masses, one delicious stack,
And no one leaves and ever looks back.
His reign is endless, built on bun and meat,
The sweetest victory you can ever eat.
He stands a fortress, solid, true, and vast,
A culinary friend that's built to last.

I went there four times and 3 out of the 4 times these guys are forgeting the syrup for the pancakes. Editing Review decided to give this place another chance went there ordered a breakfast combo got to work and half of my meal was missing. Called them the guy answered and said come back tomorrow will get you new meal. Today I went there and they try charging me for pancakes they gave me day before and then the cook came out telling me I should check my order before I leave becuse the guy that works there is too old and does not know what he is doing. At that point i just asked for my money back and I will never step my foot in any of their restaurants. If a management cannot step up and own their mistakes they have been making then thats not a place for me. They just lost a custumer that has been there daily.

If you’re debating going to mcdonald’s or burger king definitely do because this place has the worst customer service. The staff act like they hate their lives. Had to repeat my order 4 times and once i Got to the window I asked him to repeat the order back and it was completely incorrect. I asked for a chicken sandwich 3x and on the third time he told me he didn’t have any chicken and did not ask if there was anything else he could get me. Food was bland. seasonless, dry and over priced

Cook too many fries
. That’s ok just keep dipping them in the oil when you need to serve some
are they dark brown and hard as a rock?? That’s ok serve them anyways
they don’t need to be “fresh” at all. Super breakfast was 3 sunny side up eggs and they stacked them on top of one another, how was that even remotely a good idea?!? Added cheese to my potatoes, no cheese was added on my potatoes and the toast was toast before it went in the toaster.. Not sure when this place went so far south
maybe when Jeff is gone the “kids” just feel like there are no rules??

needless to say I wasn’t all that happy with my food or my experience. When I went to cashier, who was too busy to deal with me even the first time talking and was making items out of receipt paper..( she didn’t even pour my OJ until I told her I was still waiting for it) She just told me to take my food down to the grill area
where then I just sat there waiting for my turn in line again

Mr. Burger was always the goto spot for a good meal, that was made right with good quality ingredients

I guess that is no more

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill, low key, and chill. Classic hamburger joint. Dinning area and bathrooms were clean. The staff were also really friendly. They know what they’re doing as the food was hot and fresh, made while waiting. You can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I love this place.

I've been coming here for years and lately the quality had gone down hill. I don't understand if you have a big order the goal is to smash all the food into one bag. My all my burgers where smashed and so soaked with grease and soggy buns . Is it too much to put the order in 2 bags.

Someone needs to tell them that the price of eggs have come down. $14 for breakfast is a bit much. I think a steak dinner over at Texas roadhouse is cheaper. I used to be a regular customer, but prices have changed my stop ins dramatically. The dining room seems to be much less crowded.

Visiting from AZ and was told the olive burgers were the best! I would have to say that’s true! Well worth the visit! Staff was friendly and fast!

How old are we anyway. yipes

I go to the 44th street restaurant once a month and the food is always good... sometimes eggs, bacon, and potatoes and sometimes sausage grave on potatoes or bisquits and sausage gravy.
They also make great olive burgers and are fast doing it.

This place has been going downhill for a while.
Food used to be always made to order. It still is somewhat, but see a lot of burgers sitting on the side of the grill. 1/2 full basket of fries sitting, then have see them served.
Used to go there a lot, not so much anymore.
