I don’t know what happened to this place; it used to be one of my favorites. However, my last visit, I waited 45 minutes for a piece of burnt avocado toast and rubbery, fatty bacon. My brunch visit took a total of 2 hours, and most of it was spent waiting for the waitress to notice us.

Ordered an omelet with avocado and bacon received a flat disk of egg with a little bit of bacon cooked in with toppings service was great place was very nice looking and clean but 17.00For 5.99 worth of food is a tad presumptuous hard pass

I'm giving Noble a 2/5 stars primarily due to the stark contrast between the quality of the food and the disappointingly poor service we experienced. Initially, our waitress, though efficient, mishandled a situation where syrup spilled on my friend's shoe without offering proper assistance or apology. Throughout the meal, it felt as though our waitress was actively avoiding us, making it necessary for us to seek updates on our food and request basic amenities. When we approached management for help, the offered solution felt inadequate and left us concerned. Additionally, encountering eye-rolling and unprofessional behavior from other staff members further marred the experience. Despite the correctly prepared food, oversights such as missing items and billing errors left us frustrated. As individuals familiar with hospitality management, we recognize that mistakes occur, but it's the response that truly matters. Unfortunately, the dismissive attitude and subsequent rudeness displayed by the staff tarnished what could have been an enjoyable dining experience.

Waited over an hr for our food. The tall blond new girl was very helpful and sweet but the food wait was ridiculous and the food quality very sub par. Cold biscuits and gravy...and soggy uncooked waffles. Maybe focus on cooking food for the table customers in the store instead of takeout orders...

Had a great experience at Noble when I was finally able to get in! It’s not a very big space so planning ahead and getting on the waitlist is crucial for a Saturday/Sunday brunch. I ordered a yummy Lavender latte and the breakfast burrito, both were great! Really good service and a lot of great options on the menu too.
