The food here is always exceptional! They will go above and beyond for you if you show the staff some common decency. On that topic the last few times I've been in I've had to listen to people abuse this lovely staff. They are always super busy and work as fast as they can. This behavior is unexceptable. I am so glad the owner and management have a back bone and don't allow customers to walk all over staff members for a few dollars. I love watching you cancel an order and asking them to take their business elsewhere. Your food is amazing, but the way you stand up for your employees is what has me continually coming back. I love the family first values.

Unfortunately, it's the last time we're ordering from Palermo's for a couple of reasons. One, food quality has really dropped off in the past couple of years. Two, staff are increasing rude. Three, the 54th location closed (probably for the above reasons). Finally four, the suprise 20% gratuity on our "large" order (two pizzas and two bread bites), sealed it for us. We'll save our money and make better pizza at home.
We ordered a pickle pizza after calling right back to cancel a regular pizza and they didn’t even make us the pickle pizza. So pissed. Thought palmero was better than

Lots of children answering phones making pizza. Not legal and very odd. The pizza crust was so thin all the cheese fell off the slice and it looked like Swiss cheese in places the dough was so thin. Not likely to ever order here again ? ?Having Santa's elves making your pizza is ?
