I've always loved this buffet but unfortunately my last visit was uncomfortable. The cook that was behind the hibachi part kept making kissy faces at me and asking where my boyfriend was. He even followed me around the buffet tables each time I went to get food! I wanted to leave asap. Very uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Will never be back after my visit tonight! For 1 nothing was labeled. But the biggest red flag was when my waitress was getting made fun of by a group of drunk men. Calling her very mean words to the point where she walked back to her area crying. Terrible terrible terrible. No co worker went to check on her to make sure she was ok or even curious what had happened. One of the guys also made a comment about my daughter (she is 5 years old). I made sure she was ok and so did my daughter. When I left I told the boss that I was very very disappointed on how they handled the situation and that the group of drunks should be asked to leave. No reason why that waitress should still have to deal with them. I really hope that everything panned out ok with that waitress after we left. To that waitress I'm so sorry you had to deal with that. And just because of what happened we will not be back. I cant support a business who cant take care of their employees.

I love their food but their service sucks! The first time I went there they were out of fried rice! How the heck does a Chinese restaurant run out of fried rice. That's what you're in business for! Don't go here! Go to a real Chinese restaurant you'll be much happier!

Poor food quality, if you have a shellfish allergy like I do be very careful because nothing is marked and the untensils are cross used on the buffet, bathrooms are very unclean. The service was horribly slow and the selection to pick from was menial.

This was my first time being here since the establishment changed over from Old Country Buffet (and that was a while ago. . .So, where to start. The food, not bad, but nothing to really write at home about. Was a little disappointed that the crab was so dry, that all was left was the shell for the most part though. And the sushi. . . Wasn't looking so great. . .The egg drop soup and crab rangoon were great! However, the waitress, we didn't get our drinks filled for quite a while, and when she did come by, she basically whipped through, and took my plate from me and my party while we were in the middle of eating. . . (I would have said something, buuuut my mouth was full.)Also, a child whom accompanied us had her heart set on ice cream, and the machine was broken down, with ice cream flooded everywhere just before we sat down to eat. (Please put out caution signs, for both your sake and the restaraunt's sake) brown flooring and brown ice cream, not everyone can see that. . .Overall, an okay experience, but I'm a fairly passive person. Anyone else whom would have left this review might not have been as nice as me.But, things happen, and I hope maybe to try this a different day and that my mind is changed, then so will my review.

The smell was off putting. We went a second time just to be sure we were being fair with the review. The first time we had pretty bad service, but the food was alright (not great) so we went back. The second time around the food was edible, but if your looking for a solid Chinese food experience I'd be hesitant. If you don't mind a generic buffet with mediocre service check it out.

Used to be my go to place for Chinese food. Now it seems to be getting run down, dirty and food quality is not as good as it was 2 months ago. Sorry guys, but you need to replace the carpet and deep clean the whole restaurant.

There weren't any signs saying what dishes were being served and the food wasn't very warm. This used to be a great restaurant when they first opened, but since then the food and service has taken a serious decline

Very disappointing. The food was old and dried out. The selection was poor and they didn't refill any of the pans with fresh food. The ice cream machine was broken and the iced tea was very watered down. I won't be back.

Went to this restaurant around 11 in the morning a few minutes after they just open. The food and I mean ALL the food was cold and not fresh they had to at least been sitting there for a couple hrs. When we went to pay I ask the owner what time do they start cooking their food and she stares at me for a good 10 seconds and said “10:30” which is a lie bc nothing was fresh. Don't waste your money here, your better off going to China buffet on 28th and Burlingame. I would of defiantly went there but spend my time a SOS so panda buffet was convenient for that moment. But it will be my last time going there.

Have watched all of 4 employees ignore food that spilled onto the buffet, food has been lukewarm at best. In 45 minutes all of 2 dishes have been refilled. Everything appears to have sat out for about an hour based on how dried out it has been and only small amounts being left on the buffet.

The food was cold and I had asked a man that was cooking if they had crab legs and he told me to asked the waiter

So the hot and sour soup was amazing and they featured some fantastic items including sushi, crabs, steamed buns, and a grill with stir fry to order. However the quality of the rest of the food was mediocre, there was almost no sushi left at 6:30 pm on a Thursday. All the raw vegetables at the salad bar and grill were wilting. I'm pretty sure they were understaffed as I only saw three employees there. This place has a lot of potential but they could do so much better. That said, my kids and family still had a wonderful time. It's possible my opinion is colored by the previous restaurant that existed on the location.
