I really only get panera when I’m sick. The sandwiches are good and food was served in a timely manner this time. However, Paying $7 for a cup of mainly broth, a sad piece of chicken and a few carrots is kind of ridiculous. Not worth going back to dispute it.

This Panera is fantastic and know how to take care of customers. I accidentally ordered from the wrong Panera but this Panera on 54th fulfilled my order and didn't even ask me to pay.

Everytime I go here something on my order is messed up. My $14 salad is half full and very disappointing and as I waited in a long line the cashier continued to have a side conversation and make the whole line wait.

The establishment is extremely dirty. Every time I come, no matter the time there’s always crumbs on the table, crumbs or ice on the floor, literal ants because of the crumbs. I once came around 12 for the first time and the tables looked wiped but there’s was streaks all over. This does NOT look good. Need to hire better cleaning staff, if they even have any at all. Sometimes an employee will be walking around but just barely wipe the tables. They need throrough cleaning. Sicknesses and Covid still exist… booths should be wiped down too. A great majority of people complain about food poorly being made too. So if the food isn’t cooked well, or sloppy, and the lobby is messy, what’re the employees doing? I would say figure out the lack of staff, or hire more efficient workers, or add incentives. Just some constructive criticism because it sucks to see such bad service.

Bought the Kickin' Grilled Cheese and Creamy Tomato Soup Value Duet for just under $10 after taxes. Great value and atmosphere.

- Kickin' Grilled Cheese: Softer bread, even after grilling. Good gooey cheese. With the Value Duet, you only get half a sandwich. Still a good deal.

- Creamy Tomato Soup: Great with the grilled cheese and even better with the spicy kick of the Kickin' Grilled Cheese. Thick and full of flavor.

- Baguette: Didn't order it, so I assume it comes standard with meals. It is on the tougher side, but not overly. Full of harty flavor.

- Service: Average. Made no mistakes. Orders are handled with pager pucks that vibrate somewhat violently.

- Atmosphere: Very accommodating for visiting one on one. Highly recommend them for this reason alone!

- Conclusion: All said, it was a great visit. They are known for healthy food, but be aware they are still fairly high in sodium (most meals will give you 100% or more of your daily need easily).

Visited Tuesday at 11am.

Parking: The parking lot can fill up easily, but there is plenty of availability at the Meijer just behind it.

Mac'n'cheese was very good, but the spicy chicken dipper wasn't very spicy, and the bread was hard. Caprese sandwich was super delicious and water was great.

If you want hair in your food this is the place to go. Don’t waist your time go somewhere else. It’s just disgusting how they don’t have to wear hair nets. Never again

Staff was friendly but I feel the rustic potato soup was not worth it.

My mother and I were on our way out of town on vacation and our first stop was for breakfast. I placed my order through the Panera bread app for pick up thru the drive thru. We arrive and get in line in the drive thru. The line is not moving fast at all. We wait patiently. After thirty minutes in line we are still not to the window. My order had been ready for thirty plus minutes. I am not happy at this point. I leave the drive thru line and go inside. I explain the situation to the girl behind the counter. She calls for a manager. The manager comes from the back with an attitude. I explain that I have been waiting in line for over thirty minutes for my food. She tells me that she can't help it that she only has a couple employees and most of them are in training and they have 12 orders or more. She is not kind. She is rude. Basically making excuses. She never apologized. I told her that at this point I want fresh food because my food has been ready for over thirty minutes. She rolls her eyes and goes to the back and I can hear her ordering the employees to remake the food. They eventually bring the bag of food to me again with no apology. They never gave us the cups to get our drinks so I had to ask a young man that was not even on the clock to provide us with our cups. Very very disappointed with the service that was provided.

Whoever was working the drivethru on 9/15 at 1:30 pm sucks. We ordered a sandwich, which she misheard and then put the correct one on there instead but we got charged for both. I also got no spoon for my Mac and cheese which found its way onto my clothes because no spoon. You guys suck.
