Did not listen when I asked for extra paid options on my food, did not put rapid pick up order in the designated area (was waiting back at the counter??), and I’m not impressed with the cleanliness. Always a huge pile of dishes in the dirty dish area. Idk, I’ve had bad experiences for the last 4 orders here, so I might just not go here anymore. Sick of it.

I recently stopped by and ordered their family sized onion soup and a turkey deli sandwich. IMO they have a fantastic French onion soup and the sandwich wasn't too bad, the bread was thick and chewy which was a negative to me. The negative on the soup is that the cheese is always at the bottom and they give you maybe 6 croutons for a bowl of soup.I'll still go back but probably just for the soup.

I was the only car in the drive-thru when I ordered. It took 15 minutes for my order. They didn't put chicken on my Southwest Caesar Chicken salad. I called to report the mistake, I waited 6 minutes on hold to speak with the manager (Georgia). By the time she answered, I was pulling into the parking lot for them to correct my order. Then, I waited 4 minutes in an empty front areas while the employees showed each other photos on their phone. After that, I was told to exchange my salad at the food counter, there I waited 5 more minutes. At the point of complete frustration I went back to the counter to complain about ALL OF THE WAITING to hear the manager say, "No one told me that you were here, here's your order."

Overpriced! Pick two. A fugi salad and half Avacado turkey BLT for $15. Then, a soup and sandwich for $9.99. Please tell me why the healthier chose was more expensive. Both of our sandwhich bread tasted like it was from yesterday. My salad has ice crystals on it, and the tomatoes tasted rotten or freezer burned.

I always find Panera Bread locations clean and the staff helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 star was due to the scone I ordered. It was pretty dry and crumbly. It might be that the Panera scones are just made that way…kind of a flavored buttermilk biscuit.

I tried to order a togo here tonight. I showed up at 8:45, 15 minutes before closing. I don’t like showing up so late but I could see people eating inside. I asked if there was any other bread options for the tuna sandwich. The lady went in the back to ask, and someone screamed “are you kidding me?”. Obviously they were upset I was ordering so late. So I said that I was going to go somewhere else. This was completely unprofessional. I would avoid this location!

Places special order and was very clear on what ordered due to food allergies. Have had issues in past with not getting correct order so was very concise and watched order screen carefully. Still got the order wrong. Went back for correct order and they could have cared less. No apology from management team or how can we make this right. For how expensive the food is it is so frustrating when you just want a simple sandwich and soup.

I had a coupon for a free "pick 2" and it was pretty good and very filling.It would have been $22 if I paid full price, but to be fair, the amount of food I got could have fed 2 people.
The food was good, service was decent. They were out of chips which was unfortunate, but the worker was nice about it and gave us baguettes instead. There were crumbs covering half of the seat on my side of the booth we were in, so maybe they could've been better with cleanliness. The bathrooms seemed like they could use some cleaning as well as maintenence (toilet paper holder was crooked and soap dispenser seemed to have issues too). Overall not terrible, but not stellar.Dietary restrictions: They agreed to remove the dairy ingredients from my warm bowl. Also they have a blueberry peach smoothie that's almond milk based.

This morning I arrived and told staff the two orders I was waiting on. They completed the first order and then continued to complete every order but the one I was waiting for. Even completing orders that came in after the one I'm waiting for.
