The broth wasn't scalding hot, so the rare beef and the beef tendon felt like warm. Other than that, the flavor was on point. We'll be back in the future. It seems as though they were short staffed. It's still covid world so we get it. Be patient and give them the opportunity to earn your business.

Horrible and slow service! Can’t review their food since we didn’t get the chance to try it. Waited an hour and a half after placing our orders but it never showed up. Waitress never came back to check on us or inform us of delay after delivering our drinks. We paid for our drinks and left.

Went there for the first time. The service was excellent. The Pho was really good. The stir fry was so tasty, vegetables were cooked right. The restaurant is clean and food was reasonably priced.

I was so happy to find Asian Palace and their wonderful Pho. Had takeout tonight and it is the best. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the food was ready to go in the allotted amount of time. Highly recommend

Since we moved from Seattle to rural NWMichigan, we have missed having great Pho. We have tasted many mundane bowls, and really didn’t hold out much hope as we walked in. It was mid afternoon and we were the only patrons. The place is very clean, and our server was very fast and attentive. We ordered: my son got #4 and I got #7. It arrived quickly, and the smell was amazing! Pho is all about the broth/soup, and this tasted amazing!!! My son remarked that it was perfect, and the best he has ever had. I agree! The amount of meat in each bowl was very generous, and great quality. My son loved it so much he asked if he could use his straw to finish his broth - I let him just this once. He told the staff that it was the best lunch he has ever had. Pretty good praise from a teenager. This will now be a regular spot for us when we visit Grand Rapids.

Terrible way to run a business. Honestly super bummed I had such a bad experience here. First off, the photos above with menu are WRONG and the business knows this. We called and ordered according to the menus posted on the pictures, and was unfortunately given $80 worth of incorrect food. When we called to ask about it, the business said the would remake the food because they admitted to having this issue with the menu online being incorrect. Coming back as instructed with the incorrect orders to swap for the food we had originally wanted, I was told I would only be offered a refund.... and to when saying we wanted to order the correct food, they said “no, you have to leave”. Pretty bummed this is how they run their business. Unfortunately they’ve lost 6 customers tonight.

Food is bangin. No complaints there but sometimes you have to wait like 40 mins to get your food. It’s pho it takes like five mins to make a bowl. Flavor is good and the viet coffee is perfect.
