Terrible service. I ordered pizza for delivery online two hours before closing. The app provided a time range for preparation and delivery. The app showed 'in preparation' for over an hour, so I called the store. No one answered the damn phone! So I'm sure no one will deliver pizza tonight.

They recently removed the ability to add any notes or delivery instructions online, AND they have outsourced phone orders to a call center, all while hiking the price of everything yet AGAIN in the past few weeks. There is no reason to order from here anymore.

Using the app for pizza hut the app changed the delivery address and when I try to call store I get some answering service not the store and get disconnected everytime I am transferred to store to try and fix the problem.

I always order on the app and never have problems but yesterday 9/21/24 was a different story. I ordered ahead to have it ready at 5pm, the tracker told me at 4:59 it was done. They were supposed to bring it out to us, we waited 10 minutes and no one came. So I had my husband go in to get it, he comes out with nothing. He said they said it will be ready in about 10 more minutes. I was so annoyed so I went inside to see what’s going on. The one girl said she just came on shift and doesn’t see anything. The other woman asked my name and she’s like oh yeah there was a mixup and they just put it together but didn’t start baking it until now. Worst service ever.

I went to go pick up my pizza that I ordered online. Stood there 10-15mins waiting on someone to help me. And I finally said to the girl that was there and asked could I pick up my order and she snapped back and said “you don’t need to use that tone and I have been busy!” I asked for her name and of course she ignored me and walked away. I asked another employee what her name was and he said her name was Katherine goes by Kat (could be a made up name) but she was very rude. I was more than patient and for her to not even acknowledge that I have been standing there and she could have said I will be with you shortly but her non customer skills are lacking and her disrespect for customers is not acceptable.

This Pizza Hut location is a disaster. The food is atrocious and nothing like what you'd expect from the brand. The breadsticks were pathetically tiny, barely fit for a child. The pasta was burned and barely filled the container. The worst part? The pizza made everyone sick. This place is a health hazard—stay far away from it. Even the customer service couldn't make up for the terrible food. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.

Pizza Hut, yes I can pick something up to go. So, I stopped in. When I entered the door, a young man was standing at the counter messing with a box for another order. He then headed for the kitchen where he and another person discussed if they had all the necessary items. This went on long enough for me to get tired of not being acknowledged at all by anyone. So I went to where the wait staff for the seating area was lounging and doing something on her phone. It was then that I realized my superpower of invisibility had kicked in. I stood in front of the person and got no recognition at all. So I left. That made my Sunday evening pretty sad.
