Ordered for pick up from app. Told 13mins will be ready. Arrived 1 min early. Hadn't started the order yet. Manager (?) shouts "Why isnt anyone making pizza?) There was no reply. Times on the board were waaay past pickup and two guys who had times before my pickup were still there when i left 19 mins after I walked through door. I know franchises get a lot of flack but this was ridiculous.

The last 2 time I have placed an order with Pizza Hut on Byron Center Ave I have not gotten my full order on both occasions. They hired Door Dash to deliver my order on each occasion and when the driver got to my home they I was missing my drink that I ordered when I asked the driver they say thats all they(Pizza Hut employees) gave them and when I tried to reach out to Pizza Hut I can't get ahold of anyone. I am to the point of not ordering from Pizza Hut anymore, I guess the other Pizza joint in my area will be getting my money from here on out. Sad because my wife enjoys their Pizza!Follow up,It has happened again this time with my salad that I paid for! Thought I would give then one last try for my wife and aunt since they really like Pizza Hut. I was wrong nothing and I mean nothing has changed.

When my kids want Pizza Hut, this is the location I always choose. Everyone is always so kind and polite and helpful. Last night even helped me bring my pizza out to my car after watching me try to juggle my toddler who was in her pajamas ready for bed with no shoes on. I'm not sure if this good man worked there or not, but I appreciate him very much. Little things like that are not so little. We have such a great community, who show random acts of kindness, it gives me hope for the future. So big shout out to the man who helped me carry my pizzas out to my car, for everybody who was working in the back while it was busy and to the woman who was working up front who stayed calm.

I order delivery and found out after the fact that they did not have in house delivery drivers and was going through DoorDash. An hour and a half later after the order was not delivered, I called the store and arranged to go in and pick up my order. The manager was extremely nasty and took no responsibility for the situation, she became irate and disrespectful. I will never patronize this business as long as they have staff that yell at customers.

Alfredo sauce on my pasta was like as runny as water and tasteless. Disgusting after paying money for it.

Unbelievable. Paid 15 bucks each for 2 personal pizzas the size of one of my watches...paid $1.20 extra for toppings but both pizzas and they had no toppings virtually...I took photos with a guitar pick on the slices...the 12 buck pasta looked a jail serving...how do I add photos...jezas never again
