Every time I get pizza, 36th and Byron center location, in last few months. It always seems old. It's cold and taste like cardboard. Breadsticks are cold and hard. Disappointed since it's so close to home and use to be hot, cheesy and have taste.

Great service and the teller was very friendly. My issue was with the pizza as it had been sitting out on the counter sitting getting cold which we all know makes pizza toppings and cheese stuff, hard, and unpleasant to eat. The time in and out was not bad though.
I walked in to pick up my pizza I told this guy I ordered online for Brandon and he asked is it for DoorDash? I said no Uber eats so he grabbed my pizza and asked to see my phone to verify my order….i told him I have it in my car. He persisted that he sees my phone so in my head I’m thinking I just told you I have an online order thru Uber eats for Brandon and you have the pizza in your hands…why are you verifying I’m saying who I am??? The idiocy is crazy… but kept my words to myself and brought in my phone to show him and he was hardcore checking my phone to verify it… like bro why are you doing too much? Hand me my pizza so I can leave…figured I’d share. Pizza was perfectly fine. Dude at the front desk with a pony tail and I think glasses? Yeah this is your guy and I won’t be coming back

Jason is the best manager!!!! He is accommodating and always is kind when I order from them. They stand behind their pizzas and make sure the customer is happy. (No, I do not know Jason outside of being a customer. He is just a really good manager, in my opinion).

Not good ? Upon Arrival the waiting area was terrible ? Employees not using gloves at pizza pre area! Moving from the front of the store to the back of the store without proper Hand washing ! Not impressed!

Very disappointing and that’s very unfortunate because I love the melts that they make I place the order for a melt to be made with only ham pepperoni and bacon for me to get my Melt and it have the total opposite of everything I didn’t want due to me being allergic to sausage I should’ve looked at it before I bid into it but once I did that, I noticed it tasted weird because of the sausage start having allergic reaction with only 1 to two small bites So I called back for them to be rude on the phone And for him to acknowledge that he did make my melts completely wrong Didn’t offer to remake them Didn’t offer to give me my money back or he gave me was a very rude tone that I didn’t appreciate So yes, I wish someone for management will call me so I can get my money back Because I didn’t receive my custom melt that I ordered so If you choose to still Order from Pizza Hut make sure and double check your order before leaving out of the Establishment
