A sure-fire sign: the way the crust bubbles up, golden to dark brown. Try the Bi-Partisan, Right-to-bear-Aloha, or Meat Monopoly: they're all delicious! They're one size only - enough for two light eaters, else ask for a box to take some home. The pizzas go best with The Workshop's Slater's Axe pilsner or Mallet IPA.

The truck has been in Lowell for some time and we decided to give it a try. We ordered the "straight ticket" which claimed on the menu that it had sasauge, ham, peperroni, black olives, mushrooms and red peppers. All the listed items were in short supply on the pizza along with sauce and cheese. The size was also extremely small and all for $ 17. Needless to say, we will not be frequentling Pizza Parliment again.

Great pizza and bread stick. The young lady at the window was was friendly and even charming. The only problem with my experience with Pizza Parliment was the wait time. I ordered online and drove to the tuck arriving 5 mins after estimated time only to be told my order was not ready and to wait for a text message. The message arrive 50 mins later. I want to state again the the food was great and my interaction with the young lady was pleasant but don’t believe them when it comes to your wait time.

Wow - just absolutely delicious! Crust is perfection - crunchy and somehow also spongy and chewy. Loaded with a flavorful sauce and tons of stretchy mozz! Perfect amount of toppings too - not overloaded, just enough to compliment the excellent base. Owner was leading the charge at the Ada Vista picnic, and despite numerous hurdles with electrical and POS system, he kept a positive attitude and ensured every pizza was perfect. Best pizza in GR!

Had our first Pizza Parliament experience at an outdoor craft fair / kid fair at West Side Christian on May 1st. The line was long, and now I know why! I grabbed a bacon ranch pizza for my kids and OMG. I may have eaten the majority of it! It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had! SO flavorful! It was definitely a smaller size, and perfect for kids.. I could have eaten the whole thing easily, too! Will definitely be following them on social to see where we can find them this summer!!
