Just tried Rika's for my first time and WOW. The chicken tenders were remarkably tender, and had the best seasoning I've tried in Grand Rapids. Great sauce selection as well (spicy BBQ and garlic parm were so good).

So many chains (and even other local spots) use way too much breading or batter - not the case here. There's just enough to be perfectly crisp, without taking away from the chicken itself. It's fried to order, so the tenders were as fresh as possible.

The portions are great as well, I'm planning on trying the dark meat special next because it seems like a ridiculous value. I'll absolutely be returning to Rika's soon!

This is the best fried chicken I've ever had, I'm mad that I didn't try it sooner, I'll definitely be going back. The seasoning is on point, it's amazing!!

The wings are the most delicious and perfectly prepared that I've ever had. Good fries, and it was exciting to see fried okra on the menu (ordered that, too). There's only a handful of seats and the atmosphere is plain...but the food! Absolutely will return.

Easily the best fried wings I’ve tasted in GR. I’m not even using the slightest bit of exaggeration. These wings were phenomenal. I got 20 wings in total. I honestly wish I got 40 because I was definitely left wanting more. No photo to add because it was just a bunch of bones by the time I was done.

Juicy, Flavorful Late-Night Lifesaver at Rika's Chicken!

As a 3rd shift worker, finding quality food after midnight on a Friday can be tough, but Rika's Chicken was a fantastic discovery! I stopped in around midnight and ordered the 3-piece chicken tender meal with fries and added a side of onion rings.

I was seriously impressed. The chicken tenders were the highlight – unbelievably juicy and packed with flavor. No dry chicken here! They were cooked perfectly. The fries were fresh and crispy, just how they should be, and the onion rings were a delicious, satisfying side.

For anyone working late or just craving some seriously good chicken late at night, Rika's hit the spot perfectly. Finding food this flavorful and fresh at that hour was a real win. Highly recommend checking them out, especially if you love juicy chicken tenders! I'll definitely be back.

0/10 waited 2 hrs on 100 wings after he told me he can take my order @12:30 it’s 2 pm I’ve been the only person in here 😂

The only problem I have with Rika’s chicken, is that I didn’t know about them SOONER!

We stopped in to get some wings, shrimp, and okra…. And it was FIRE! Loved the crisp, fry, and seasoning! And even more so, love that it’s a family owned establishment. I prefer to support local at all costs!

I stopped by Rika's to try them out for the first time. My Goodness I was pleasantly surprised! My chicken was seasoned so well and fried perfectly. Thanks Rika's for the Flavor and Love. Awesome spot!!
