This location seems to not care, particularly if you are ordering to-go and cannot do anything about getting it fixed. I dont have this problem at other locations, only this one. Last night's order - 2 $11 EACH gluten free grilled cheese - burnt to a crisp. Both of them. Happens all the time, enough that I have to order 2 in hopes to get 1 not burnt - but this time they both were burnt. BLT ordered with no lettuce, comes with extra lettuce. It is an online order written in black and white. This is the 4th time that I have had an issue with what they delv thru door dash and shame on me if I go back for more. Stop taking door dash orders if you cannot make them correctly.

A solid family restaurant our grandkids live it Herr. Salad bar with soup and baked potato is nice. They now have gluten-free breads and rolls. Very nice.

My family and I come here often. The staff is friendly and the food is reliably good. My sons love their burger and French fries. The hot fudge cake is so good! Best deal in town for dine in, no doubts.

Food was still good. Hospitality was definitely missing. The place was empty during the day. I've never seen a Russ's restaurant empty. The price of the food wasn't a problem. Only one employee seemed to be engaged with their customers and job as people showed up to eat.
