traffic is awesome

Slow and inconsistent prep time. The longest waiting time in the area. Due to the inconsistency 45 minutes, 25,15…I was not there in short I lost my order the gal showed attitude

They are adding ridiculously high tip amounts to your order without you knowing. 49% on my order for 2 coffees.

My wife and I visited last Thursday. We ordered a couple lattes. Our order was for one grande (which is now apparently slightly bigger than a shot) and venti. The subtotal came to $10.40 ($11.02 with tax). The barista told me my total and I proceeded to try my Apple Wallet which appeared to have a $25.00 gift card. The barista said $11.02 after the Apple Pay attempt dinged. I guess my gift card in the wallet didn’t actually have anything on it. No biggie so I switch to my regular Apple Pay card. Mind you I haven’t touched the credit card terminal, and hadn’t been asked to confirm any amount. The only total I have been given is the $11.02 amount from the employee. So the Apple Pay was accepted and I’m turning from the counter when my wife said, “wow that was a generous tip on 2 coffees”. I guess she saw something on the terminal indicating the amount charged was $16.02. Puzzled I looked at my receipt to find that I was indeed automatically tipping $5.00 on a $10.40 coffee order. This is so incredibly disturbing to me that they would be automatically cramming a $5.00 tip on top of such a small order. Or that they would even assume that the customer is pleased with their experience enough so to even offer the tip.

I don’t want to sound like the grumpy guy who is opposed to tipping. I tip when it’s deserved and earned. And often it’s above the customary amounts. But tips aren’t automatic. But more importantly when you tell me my charge, but then bill me a different amount, well that’s just flat out stealing. You quite literally stole $5.00 from me. How is that fair?

To make matters worse I attempted to leave feedback for the store on the Starbucks website. They confirmed they received my feedback, then yesterday they sent me a follow up email saying the matter was resolved and asked me to provide feedback on the way they handled my issue. They never reached out to me. I’ve checked every email folder.

I come here pretty often and typically the service is fine, although the long haired guy and the quiet girl are always sooo nice. Today I was taken care of the red haired girl who i think is maybe new but she was an absolute sweetheart. Asked a few questions about the new blackberry drink and she helped me chose which version I got (the one with lemonade which to my taste was amazing!). Bless her soul, love to see good kind people out there.

I love Starbucks and not just for the drinks but also the service is usually top notch but not at this location. They didn’t even look at me to give me our drinks. Seemed annoyed and bothered. Asked for a straw and that seems to piss her off too. I will drive another couple miles to avoid rude customer service. Our drinks were not even mixed and looked like two completely different drinks even though we ordered the same thing.

No greetings & did not even acknowledge the present of the customer. Asked for a double toasted croissant & it turned out to be barely warm. I politely asked the girl (the name tag says “Payton”) to toast it 1 more time & she threw the croissant in the oven & had her other coworker to give me the croissant. Why so much attitude tho??

Most of the time I have a decent experience here. One time last week I was waited on by the best barista who was super friendly, talking to all the customers and genuinely keeping a positive atmosphere at the pick up counter, she was great! Today and other times, extremely rude employees who seem like they’d rather not be there at all. I had done a mobile order and was running behind. My order was marked done 6 mins before I arrived. I got my coffee but my bagel wasn’t there. I waited a bit thinking maybe they’re just running a bit behind no big deal. Despite me being in a hurry, I wasn’t going to rush anyone. After waiting 5 mins and being shot dirty looks by the girl at the pick up counter as if I was bothering her standing there, I kindly asked her if she knew how much longer my bagel would be. She snapped back “I don’t know, that’s not my job that’s there’s down there”. I’ve been waiting on another item before and have been asked “what else do you still need?” With a smile.. And they communicate and work as a team. Today they all seemed to be in a terrible mood, have issue with each other and the customers. I finally went down to the other side and asked, the girl there too seemed annoyed with me but did find my bagel at the drive thru counter. I didn’t get an apology or any acknowledgment, just a cold bagel and my drink wrong which I didn’t realize until I got in my car but I wasn’t about to go back in and deal with their rude service today yet again.

I have worked restaurant business and/or customer service for 20 years, I understand sometimes it’s a bad day but to be so unnecessarily rude to customers and not communicate with each other, it’s just distasteful and makes the store as a whole look bad. Hope to have a better experience next time.

it took an hour for me to receive my drink. there were only two workers and they were solely prioritizing the drive thru orders, meanwhile there were a group of us disappointed and upset customers waiting for an hour inside. when me and my friend finally got up and said something, they didn’t even have her order in the list even though we had ordered and paid an hour ago. they also forgot one of the additions on my drink as they had made it hastily.

This Starbucks is just ridiculous I went here to get a quick drink before my family Christmas dinner and I waited well over an hour for my one drink. I work in the restaurant industry and even during rush we get food out quicker than this. Just ridiculous if you’re gonna go to Starbucks do not go to this one. Drink was good though!
