Just had drinks. Not enough flavors. Where's Irish cream for this month? . It seems the palate available is for the vanilla side lover. Not for me. Finally chose peppermint and it tasted medicinally. Biggby has bogos and flavors. Staff nice. Be warned when it's cold and the door opens you may get blasted.Parking: Sometimes hard to find a spot depending on the day

Have gone to this Starbucks multiple times, and on multiple occasions the staff forget to make the drinks you order, so you’re left standing there waiting until they ask you wait your waiting on.

The cashier looked at me like I was stupid, and she even sighed when I went up to the counter to order my drinks like I was the one bothering her. Not to mention, the girls on that shift were all talking about how they hate working there and wanted to walk out... ? my caramel ribbon crunch was hardly even blended, there were huge chuncks of ice in it, and I couldn't even use the straw to drink it. I wouldn't recommend this location. If you dislike your job that much find something else people who come in there for coffee/food shouldn't have to listen to how much you hate your job.

Normally, I'd go to Biggby but they aren't open as early.... and this is the ONLY reason.... the sweet foam...yallllllllll..... PLEASE STOP MAKING IT INTO WHIP CREAM. The fact that I tip before and then see, once again, see my sweet foam was whipped into whip cream, or just replaced with it is such a sad sad start to my day. Not to mention I'm charged extra to add it....*cries*

Annoyed at getting drinks made poorly or incorrectly so often. I know what the apple crisp drink is supposed to taste like, so when I get a cup of just milk and espresso, it’s very disappointing. Has happened multiple times after waiting 20 minutes to get my order.

the baristas who work here are all pretty nice, but the manager is a piece of work. she called me names when i confronted her and went out of her way to make sure i had a bad experience/day. do not come here if you have to deal with her.
