Hot fresh and quickly ? A review from the past. Now $45.00 all items returned to the store as we saw the crew dump old French fries, Yet gave us old fries then only replaced 2 burgers. As all food was beyond cold and expired time. Drive thru attendant was not a person who should be in customer service, rude and disrespectful to the senior citizens in front of us.

Snarky workers often forgetful, tonight accused us of not ordering the food that was in fact on the ticket & next to “them” on the counter. which was bold coming from someone who we will see clearly did not even read the ticket for the ONLINE PICK UP ORDER. & this was after “someone else took our order off the counter” in ghost town PM dark Sun evening lol.. maybe if you paused to double check your surroundings & question if you did indeed make 2 mistakes on one order, it could have been a forgiven mistake pal. & this all being in your face, missing half the (pricey in this economy!) additions on one of our meals. i suggest you lose the snark or find a new min wage gig hon. working fast food or not being happy with your job/check is no excuse to be lazy AND RUDE ABOUT IT!!

While out and about this weekend, we decided to go in as a family to Steak N Shake rather than our normal drive thru trip. We were not met with any greeting, just seen people in the back and kiosks for people to order on. My family placed our order, including two shakes, one having extra cherries. We waited for over 20 minutes for our food, and 12 for the shakes. People came out from the back, set my stuff down, stated my name and simply walked away. Both shakes were missing cherries, one needing extra there was no one to speak with because everyone was behind the walls. Two of our orders were supposed to have up sized fries, everyone simply were given the same amount.
The dining area was not clean. Most tables were sticky with soda rings left on them. Asking for a box for our leftovers took me over 4 minutes of waiting by a counter for someone to assist me.
No interaction with the humans, slow service and not even correct items. Even with the QR code for refills, I had issues with the soda machine, but again no staff to assist.
What happened to having staff? Anyone to even welcome you and see if you need any help? The customer service or even service that you are asking me to tip for at checkout on your kiosk screen.

Ordered a Patty melt and there was very little sauce on it and very greasy. The man taking the orders at the window had a very rude tone. It wasn’t what he said but how he said it.
