Asked for lettuce on my 6in titan turkey it was gross and yellow asked if they had anything fresh she walked back to get it another lady came and said with an attitude it's all from the same bag won't look any different I said that looks nothing like your pictures or anything I normally get from subway she argued that's normal I just gave up and took the nasty lettuce

Place is trash. Two visits in a row I asked for the All-American. (#10). Last visit the chick put bologna on it. So I inquired, as one would, “That doesn’t look like what I ordered”

You ordered the number 11, right??

No, the all American, it comes with turkey, bacon and ham.

Either way. I received the same service today when I had to tell the employee what I wanted multiple times and she got it wrong a THIRD time. I lost my patience, so I said “you know what? —never mind” and I left

Worthy The Explorer

Again more people that can't read can't find one subway that knows how to serve what a customer asks for. Ordered sandwiches on Italian and herb and cheese. Got two flat bread orders. And both sandwiches are cold. Had to put it in the oven to reheat. Subway has such horrible training capabilities. The GM should be ashamed of their stores.

We got three subs at this subway. They all turned out great. I tend to really enjoy the toppings and like a few extras here and there, and they did a great job accommodating. I love Subway and eat it often and this was my first time at this subway. They did a fine job.

You can't fix stupid, but at least you don't have to hire them. Between two of them, they couldn't figure out how to make 3 sandwiches or cut somewhere near the middle without direction from my husband. He asked for tomatoes on a footlong. The guy who'd been working there "for 6 months" just put them on the ends and completely missed the middle. He cut it in 3/4 and 1/4. He couldn't toast them. They don't know how to put on mayo. Then they gave attitude. Both employees who were there 4/9 around 7 PM need to be fired. Oh, and all of us were sick after eating our sandwiches.
