For a short while under the new ownership, this Subway was great. But we have gotten stale bread 3 times in a row, when the bread is 99% of why anyone goes to Subway. Also today they were out of lettuce which seems insane for a sub shop. The app consistently fails to tell you what they’re out of or no longer sell — which is maybe not this location’s fault but frustrating nonetheless.

This store was only open until 8pm but they have a drive thru, I didn't use it, I went back the next day. Staff was friendly...they had food items that aren't available in Canada

My wife and I wanted Subway for dinner, but have had poor experiences with our closest store (Grandville). We decided to go to this 28th St. store. I had The Boss, and my wife had the Garlic Roast Beef. Both were really good! The service was good also. I wanted to point out that there was a young man behind the counter that obviously was in training. That's OK, everyone goes through the learning process.
