The food was ehhh. The service was alright. They are SLOW! Don't go there if you're pressed for time!! They are EXPENSIVE! In my opinion the price you pay isn't worth the sub anymore!! The amount of meat is little compared to the rest of the sub so don't taste what you have ordered! And before you say I had too much veggies- all I got was pickles, Parmesan and mayo...

Ordered 2 subs online and both were terrible. My husbands deluxe only had roast beef, no ham, no turkey AND I paid for 50% more meat, he got 1/3 of what he was supposed to.
I got a tuna and there was barely enough on it to cover the bread. The kid working is nice enough but doesn’t have a clue how to make a good sandwich. He had 3 ordered and was so “swamped” that it took an extra 20 minutes to get our food.
Do better Subway, do better!
My advice is go to the 24 hour location on 28th and Clyde Park.

I had the most pleasant expierence ever today at Subway. I was exhausted, hungry and irritable. I decided to stop at Subway expecting the same old crumy customer service. Instead I was greeted by two handsome and very respectful and pleasant young men Diego, and Duron. They politely greeted me and asked if they could take my order. I started my order and they took a team approach with getting my order completed, all while providing the best customer centered service I have had in a very long time. Needless to say this service not only satisfied my appetite, but completely changed my attitude for the day. Thank you Subway for hiring two of the best employees ever. They really take their job serious and make the words being a valuable access a true definition.
