This is the most magical Taco Bell on 28th Street. The utensils and other equipment danced around and made the food on its own while the drive thru lady sang som bibbiddy boppedy boo. "Highly" recommend.

normally i never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but. man. every single other time ive been here the food has been good and i get exactly what i asked for, sometimes even beyond what i expect. however today i ordered a cheese quesadilla with a 50¢ extra cheese upcharge, and a large nacho fries with two nacho cheese sauces, yet another upcharge, and not only did i receive a tiny amount of cheese on my quesadilla, i only got half of ONE nacho cheese.

This store REALLY NEEDS to get it together. Very rude people like they hate there job. Are you open til 11 for breakfast? 3 times i have drove for breakfast and was told that they were outta eggs and they not making more. If your open til 11 for breakfast and that's what your sign says then BE OPEN TIL 11 FOR BREAKFAST. FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST. Or the old we short staffed? How many people does it take to make food? Where is a regional manager to get this taco bell up to par so over it will be going to another taco bell that has it together. You just hire anyone who will work and let them talk to customers any old way and it's OK sad

I sincerely do not like this taco bell. Just this one. Their service is absolutely horrible. They always mess something up - and ask to look at the bag when you bring it to their attention and the food is always subpar
The manager Jessica is the rudest person ever. She has an attitude all the time when taking orders through the drive-thru. Even when I was being respect with her. She then had the audacity to hang up on me when I was telling her her behavior isn’t acceptable working in customer service especially when the customers are being respectful and nice to her. She then tells me i don’t know her life and hangs up. It’s unprofessional to bring your at home life into work. Everyone has everything going on in their life, doesn’t mean you get the right to be rude to people for no reason. The food also sucks as well. It is cold and mushy and doesn’t have a good taste. I recommend going to the one on 54th street by Mejier and Target because the employees are amazing and the food is fresh and delicious.
Yikes! I just pulled a couple inch long what I assume is a beard hair out of my breakfast burrito that I bought at roughly 10AM on 9/1/2024. I was going to say something but I realized they literally have a dude working food prep with a really dark epic looking beard (nice beard) but no type of facial hair net. Did Taco Bell and the State of Michigan relax their hair restraint food services code? Either way, hard no, I was so grossed, I didn't even want them remaking it. I paid with a card, I'll let Citibank sort it out for me. Knowing a simple facial hair net would have prevented this, yeah, I think I'm going to just start cooking at home! This shouldn't have been a thing to begin with.

First time I've ever been to a fast food restaurant ordered my food and when I pull up to drive through window I was told I could not pay with a 50 because they don't have change and I had nothing smaller so I had to leave hungry. How can a business be ran if they cannot even make change for a $50 bill at 9:00 in the morning
Service was as it should be The quality of there food has dramatically decreased unfortunately. They seem to go heavy on the tortilla anymore . Definitely not what it used to be.
