The lady they have working the drive through, middle aged blond hair, worst person I’ve ever had take an order. She’s been there a few times when I’ve gone through and now whenever I go I cross my fingers hoping someone else is tuning the window that day. She always rushes too fast and acts completely soulless. Hate that lady, she wouldn’t be talking to people with that attitude

I love taco bell so much! Even more that chikfilla 🤭. I tottaly recomend the crunch wrao supreeme i always get extra beans and all the cheese possible. We just went through the drive through so im not sure about service, or the inside but tge foid wad good!😉

Be careful if you go late at night! I was told it was cash only. (This made me suspicious) When I got to the window to pay I was told my meal was $6 and some change. I gave a $20 and received $3 and change. When he brought my food I told him he owed me $10. He was very flustered and told me to give him a second. I told him no, you owe me $10. He took the $10 out of his pocket! He was pocketing the money.

Walked in to order at the kiosk but the kiosk wasn’t letting me check out so I spoke to one of the workers and the cashier Alan seemed hesitant to take my order. I ordered a steak grilled cheese burrito with small order of fries. I waited 20 minutes and when I got my order I only got my burrito but not the fries. The customer service has to get better! This is absurd.

I was in your restaurant on 7-25-25 at 7:30 pm. I WAS not impressed with how filthy the floors were from the hallway leading to the women's bathroom when I walked In the bathroom the floor was wet and there were chunks of dirt in front of the toilet I am recovering from a severally broken ankle and the last thing I need is to fall again I didn't bring it to anyone's attention because I was too upset however I wanted to bring it to your attention
