Went to the 22 44th st Taco Bell Grand Rapids MI because there were no other bathrooms to use & just to use the bathroom they have a stipulation that you have to buy something just to use their bathroom which is ridiculous!!!

Store is not busy at midnight, but a lady ( receptionist) is so mean and rough. I go to pick up at drive through. Food was ready a long time, but she told me wait outside almost half hour. I come back asking, she told me go inside to pick up with the rough attitude. I think she need to stay home. Don’t need do a job like customer service

You have a better chance of getting Baja blast at the McDonald's down the street, because someone *happened* to bring a 20oz in with them.
This location never has Baja blast to the point that I have become vindictive about it. I always cancel my food order if they're out (who goes to Taco Bell for the food? Really?) and go to the next closest one and buy 2 Baja blasts.
Y'all have a PRIME LOCATION and I only have to drive back streets to get to you, and I still find myself at another location more than not now. Stock Baja blast.

I always get food through the drive thru, today i decided to go inside with my son, first of all all the employees were outside talking to each other, I went inside they took them a while to take care of me, second the place was very dirty, tables dirty, windows dirty, floors horribly dirty, at the drink fountain there were no lids, not one, even though is one of my favorite fast food places, going inside was very disappointing.

Couldn’t get our food apparently. We ordered for mobile pick up and they refused twice to give us our food today (sep. 7/2025)around 1 am and yesterday (sep. 6/2025) around the same time they hate their lives and are lazy as can be just straight embarrassing and don’t even take your order in the drive thru they just let the AI speaker the entire order and there was DoorDash era in the lobby waiting forever to get their food also and the staff was getting mad at them too while 2 people were in the back barley working and the other guy working was just sitting in the lobby doing nothing yelled at us right when we walked in asking what we had. Just all miserable and have nothing better in their lives.
Probably the worst taco bell of all taco bells !!! This taco bell will call rhw cops on you foe anything, beware! Had it happen several times!!! And cops involved!!! Not to mention their staff sucks and their food ia terrible...

Just sat and waited for a delivery for 22 minutes and finally left !!! While they cleared out the drive through several times and continued to take and make more drive through orders while 5 people sat in the lobby with NO acknowledgent !!! SP tired of these places making sure drive through is ALWAYS taken.l care of before even looking at the dining room !! Unacceptable!!!! Aren't they supposed to make orders in the ORDER they come through ????? NOPE !!! Do better !!!!

if you go there make sure you get a receive and check your order before you leave don't matter if you back the line up , I was missng something in my order did not want to hold the line pull to the side and I was missing something , did not get a receive , went back to the window not even 2 min. had past and they said with out a receive they will not give me what I was missing , manager and cashier were very rude , so make sure to check your order and make sure you get a receive.
