This location use to be on point. Food was fresh, orders were always correct, service was fast and the employees were friendly. Unfortunately, I can't say that anymore.. There is ALWAYS something missing from our order and a lot of times the food isn't made correctly/customizations aren't made the way we ask for them to be. Employees are still kind, though. Just wish the service would improve by them actually paying attention to the orders and ensuring someone's food that they order is ALL there.

Very disrespectful staff in the mornings, food is usually smashed together as sloppily as possible, and they often won't tell you your total before you pull forward at the drive-through. This morning I tried buying 4 steak breakfast crunch wraps and the total was $1 more than I was expecting so I had to pull out my wallet (which took 3 seconds) and the lady at the window slammed it closed in my face and walked away ignoring me. I will never again visit this location as the attitude of the staff has almost always been poor in the morning for the past 3 months. I have had one older lady with glasses at the window actually be kind to me in the morning there.

I'm not sure if there are new employees that are not being trained properly or if this entire store is incompetent but this is the FIFTH time in a row that my food has not been correct. The last time i went they told me my food was wrong because they were out of what i ordered. I ordered in the drive through and instead if telling me they were out of anything they incorrectly made my food and sent me on my way without telling me. They rarely put cheese sauce on the potatoe bowls. The tortillas are almost always hard. This location is garbage. I have worked in the food industry for 11 years and have never been so let down by service beforem DO NOT EAT HERE you WILL waste your money and they WILL be rude when you go to get it fixed. 19 monite drive there and 19 monutes back twice and the food still isnt correct anyway. Normally I'd be contacting a GM to give me free food over something like this but im POSITIVE they wouldn't even get that right. They should shut this location down ASAP.

We stopped here at 2 AM after NYE festivities and the drive thru was backed up to the road. We were pleasantly surprised how fast the team got all the cars through so quickly and with a positive attitude. Nice job!

I literally wait over 30 minutes in line in front of the damn speaker ( saying hello) no one helped me until I moved to the window. This lady was rude and told me oh you’re not close enough to the speaker. ( which I was) ??♀️ trust me, I have ordered food over 1,000 times. We definitely won’t be supporting this place again. Especially if you’re rude and seen that I was Mexican. Smh. ( this is Vanessa Cervantes) Google me please!
