(MAN IT'S BEEN A WHILE) I went to this Taco Bell, and it's basically what I expected, same food and quality that is perfect most of the time at certain places. This place gets my orders right like a Chicken Chalupa, Cruchy Tacos, etc. But its just not different, same as before. Service is pretty fast and they can understand you definitely, last places I've gone were Gen Z people who didn't know what to do. Atmosphere is just like every Taco Bell, inviting and matching. No dread, no nothing just a normal Taco Bell, I leave 5 stars! ?

Despite the manger trying to run the place as a proper chef , holy balls I was actually amazed at his effort, his crew just didn’t support him well enough. And somehow my order slipped through. I don’t blame the manager though, who wondered where the food he already prepared went ?

We ordered two of the new Bell boxes and it comes with a grilled cheese burrito. On my husband’s the paper they have wrapped around it was grilled on it underneath the cheese. If he didn’t notice it he would’ve been eating the paper. This is the first problem we’ve ever had here. We go out of our way to this one because the service is much better than the one by my house on 68th Street.

AVOID! Went there tonight (8-16) and ALL the food that requires deep frying like Mexican pizza shells, Cinnamon Twists, those new Street Chalupa etc, ALL tasted chemical-ly and VERY bitter.
I worked at TBell for a few months when I was younger, I know exact what the issues is. The oil is rancid, dirty and needs to be changed.
I know for a fact if it taste like this, it's visually looked dirty for a while which means management doesn't care and it cutting corners.

Tried calling to talk to someone about an interview and they were no help. Was accepted to schedule an interview, but because I don't have a smartphone I need to schedule it over the phone. If Amanda is seeing this that taco bell needs some serious help.

Worst ran taco bell I've ever been to! Took 25mins to get my food and it wasn't even busy when I arrived! They had 6 worker's. 1 taking window orders and 1 young girl working her butt off making the food. Other 4 including the manager standing around doing nothing. After 5mins a family of 9 came in and ordered on the kiosk. They stood waiting for 5 mins then one asked one of the standing around employees for the bathroom key. The worker rudely asked if they bought something. I'm thinking yeah 5 mins ago and properly over $100 in food, that you should be working on instead of standing around. Another 10mins goes by and the manager looks at the sceen and realizes they are way way backed up. So she finally tells everyone to start making food. I will say when they all started working they were pumping out food like a Nascar pit crew. Had the place been managed well or managed at all I could have got my food in 60 secs or less. I decided to sit down and eat. After they had caught up the orders the 4 went back to standing around while the one girl continued working her butt off. I wish I had got her name to include in the post. She should be made the manager and whatever you are paying her isn't enough. She was more productive than her other 5 employees combined and I know she isnt making 5 times the pay. She was a young either black or possibly mixed race. Anyways I will not be back I'll drive the extra 2 miles to the 68th/131 location. I'll sure I'll still get back home faster.

The taco party pack isnt even a deal. Its the same price as simply purchasing the tacos outright
I'm really getting TIRED of "PAYING XTRA" for food that I DO NOT GET. I ask for xtra EGG and Jalapeño sauce only to NOT GET IT. What should I do? Should I sue ? I have receipts where I pay 30 cents for xtra egg another 30 cents for Jalapeño sauce. Please do not say we'll it's weighed out this picture IS NOT XTRA EGG OR JALAPEÑO SAUCE weighed out. I'm over it. Please have A REGIONAL PERSON WRITE ME BACK SO THEY CAN CALL ME.

Horrible.
I placed a mobile order in the drive thru, which was confirmed as a drive thru order both via the app and via the email confirmation. Upon pulling up to the drive thru window, I was told it was a "front counter" order and they couldn't serve me, so I pulled around and canceled the order.
I politely asked for my order to be fixed (I had gotten 3 burritos instead of Tacos) and spent about half an hour going through several different employees giving me attitude and questioning me if I ordered tacos even after I showed them my receipt. Honestly, I expected it to have been a simple mistake but after that experience I realized they're just completely careless. Never going back. ?
