I went in and it had a very bad smell like a dead animal I immediately walked out and called to speak to the manager in which was told that she was not there . About 45 later a lady with a very bad attitude said well we are fixing this issue and why would a Mexican hate over another Mexican I said lady if you have a bad smell wouldn’t you open the door and close while that issue is being addressed this was the manager ( owner ) this was a very good place but with her ignores and bad attitude will never go back .

We stopped by Taqueria Maravatio in Grand Rapids and were seriously impressed! I hadn’t had a torta in a long time, and theirs was absolutely delicious—perfectly made and full of flavor. My wife had tacos and loved them just as much. The salsa really stood out too—fresh, flavorful, and just the right amount of heat. The service was excellent, super friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. We also tried a couple of their freshly made drinks, and those were fantastic. All around, a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The tacos were delicious and the steak was flavorful. Great selection of sauces. My server was sitting behind the counter on her phone when I came in and didn't notice me for a minute. While I was eating she was listening to videos on her phone full blast volume. Was pretty annoying. Good food though!

Horrible customer service. We asked for one of their $9.99 meals that have 2 steak tacos with rice and beans. We were given two meals, but the waitress said there’s nothing she can do, we were stuck with the two meals (even though that’s not what we ordered). Then we asked for water with cut up lime, and they made some concoction that had seeds in it. We were given chips that were a day old and re dipped in the fryer, and when we told them they tasted old, they threw them away and said “no more chips for the day, that was it”. The rice was actually good, but the beans tasted of metal like the can they were in When we went to check out, the concoction that she made up was rung up as $4!!!! And it wasn’t even drank due to how nasty it was. There’s no way I will ever be back here. She then caught an attitude when we asked for the concoction to be removed, and would not remove it.

The owners are more worried about one upping the nail shop next door than their own customers.. real businesses support other businesses and aren’t pettily towing vehicles that accidentally use their parking lot even when it’s empty most of the time. I will not ever be giving my $ to these people just for lack of character and will be telling everyone else to avoid eating here as well!

I am no longer ever going to this place again. I ordered tacos there. They messed up my order. I called to let them know that my order was messed up. I was told that they could replace my tacos and that they would bring them to me. This morning. I got a text telling me that they would not be bringing them to me and that, I had to bring the tacos that I did not eat back and only then would they refund my money. And this was after, they said that they were going to bring them to me at my job today
