Went drive thru waited for 5 minutes to order with one car in front of me.
Ordered plain crispy chicken BLT biggie bag and was given the wrong sandwich lathered in mayo & did not receive my 4 piece nuggets.
This is the 2nd time I’ve gone through drive thru and not provided what I ordered.

On my way to work I stopped at Wendy’s for 2 large chilies and extra crackers. I received my 2 large chilies not even full cups and 2 packs total of crackers for each chili (I ordered extra crackers). They handed me my bag laughing. NOT IMPRESSED!!

Received a baconator with no bacon and I was missing an item. Employees were too busy laughing and talking instead of doing anything correctly. Terrible location during the weekend.

I was pretty upset when at first I was missing an item and when I asked at the window the gentlemen was somewhat short with me. Went back and received a sincere apology and acknowledgment that he was wrong and corrected it immediately. I forgot his name but he also offered to make sure my next visit was awesome and I truly appreciated that. Not very often people take ownership of a mistake, apologize and offer immediate solutions.

My wife ordered an online to go order and they couldn't find my order in their system. I showed the counter employee the order number on their Wendy's app but he still couldn't locate it. I was told "you need to contact who you placed the order with to dispute the charge" It was through their app. I showed them the app order number and the charge for the food but didn't get any positive service. A simple biggie bag for my son and we were in there waiting for 30 minutes to leave without getting food. Do not give this location your business.
