This is the absolute slowest Wendy's in SW Wyoming Grandville. Just avoid at all cost. Fast food used to be fast and cheap. These days it is neither. Find a better option this place is awful. 12 cars in the drive thru which don't move, 2 people in the restaurant.

Waited 10 minutes and not a single car moved. Perhaps the worst drive thru experience I have ever had. We would have gotten our food faster in a sit down restaurant. Save your time and money on a quality establishment.

They were out of grilled chicken yet prepared to have us pay the full price of buying the salad without chicken. There were a few other things on the menu that were crossed off. Another couple left because of the lack of food listed that Wendy's didn't have. Ended up buying son of baconator. Chincy on the bacon and it wasn't crisp. The burger itself and the fries tasted good . The place wasn't very clean.

They had no chicken for anything...no chicken sandwiches, no chicken for salads...and I could buy a salad without the chicken.and the price would be the same as if there was chicken.. good deal huh? Also, it's Saturday evening, 6:10pm, no chicken...really? The men's room smelled like a state run Alzheimer's unit. The urinal didn't flush, the hand drier was state of the art, 1974. The menu uses the latest technology - paper posters above the counter. I get the vibe this is a franchise store... maintains the early Wendy's curb appeal. If they're making money, why update?

Service was worst ever. Tried to order 3 number 8s through drive thru he only put 1 and sent me to window didn't ask if I was done. I waited he finally said something back and I proceeded to say that is supposed to be 3 number 8s he didn't comprehend and finally I was like 1 2 3 he groand and said 3 with an attitude. I said is there a problem and I just said just nm and drove away

I went through the drive thru and the young girl at the window wouldn’t even speak to me. She opened the window and stuck her hand out for my payment, wouldn’t say a word just put her hand out. Then she hands me my drink still not saying anything just held it out. Each time I was polite and said thank you and she wouldn’t say anything. When I got my food the breakfast fries were old and cold. I sat at the window for a minute and she wouldn’t even come back. I went in, still very polite, not irritated at all. I believe if you remain calm and polite that it might rub off on the one being rude. Not one person greeted me and there were 5 people working . The same girl comes straight over as if she knew what I was about to say. She said it’ll take 10minutes for a fresh batch. I said okay, thank you. If they know they’re cold and that they’re old, they should not hand them out to anyone. They should throw them away and automatically make a fresh batch for the customer.
