Maybe it's me. I don't make it a habit to frequent fast food restaurants. But, when I do , I try to go to one of the better ones. I just wasn't impressed. My cheeseburgers were very greasy. The amount of mayonnaise and ketchup on them could have covered 4 burgers instead of 1. The place was clean, but it looked worn out. I ordered a Classic Chicken Sandwich while it was not busy AT ALL. They were all just restocking and honestly it seems like they just forgot I was even at the window. THEN The credit card machine wasn’t working and that took forever and then he said I would get my receipt at the next window (I didn’t) and then it only had half my order in the bag and I didn’t notice until I left. The cheaper part of the order (Sour Cream and Chives Potato) so I gave them free 5+ dollars...

Food was what you expected, but I assume this place is highly understaffed. I understand the slowness, when they're busy. Usually, however, when I go here something in my order is messed up. This time was the wrong cheese on my GP chix sandwich, and missing nuggets, as well as cold fries. I understand the struggle since covid, but this Wendy's IMO hasn't really bounced back, which is a shame because it used to be my go to.
