Windy City Grille is fantastic I had the Windy City club w/garlic mayonnaise and it was excellent, lightly toasted sub roll loaded with all the goods and bacon ? you can’t go wrong with bacon. We ordered for indoor dining and in 6 minutes all three of our meals were delivered. Friendly staff ? and the prices are very reasonable $. Definitely will go back and try the rest of the menu ❤️

Food is ok, service is not great. The last straw was when I called in an order recently and the person who took my payment was sitting at a table chatting it up with friends when I walked in. He didn’t take my name down so he had to find my order. After paying for my order, I waited an additional 10 minutes (on top of the 20 I was told it would take) and saw them scrambling in the back throwing my order together. They forgot to include silverware which I didn’t realize until it was too late. Maybe spend less time socializing and more time making sure your customers are taken care of.

Ordered two Chicago dogs with extra relish. They charged me $.50 for a little plastic lid unit that was barely enough to add to one dog, much less 2. I also got a small bottle of water for $2.49! For nearly $12 I almost could have been at the ballpark. When I questioned the cashier about the price I said " I'm not sure if I'll come back for this" Her reply was " Okay, have a good one! " This is customer service? Apparently business is really good and they don't need mine.

Husband loves the Vienna Hot Dogs! Curly fries are really good. I had the French Dip, lots of yummy cheese melted on it. I would prefer the bun toasted, but it was good.

Very disappointed. We had not been there in a long time and sadly it was extremely disappointing. Overcooked meat, cold fries, and just overall a waste of money. Sorry to see a good place go downhill.

The cold brew coffee was smooth and flavorful , zucchini bread so good and craving now, Everything we tried was very good and I'd repeat plus sample other items.

These ppl do not know how to cook authentic Chicago style food , got a chicken pita with 5 pieces of chicken and a mountain of onions and green peppers like I could've ski'd on it n now my stomach is killing me do not eat here

Got takeout today and as always, they did not disappoint. I love their food, it's always hot, fresh and very tasty. Chicken stir fry pita is my and my husband's favorite, but their gyros are awesome as is all their other food. I have taken many friends to eat there (when we could dine in) and they have all loved it. The staff are also awesome. Highly recommend this place.

The food here is absolutely amazing! I would really recommend the gyros with the French dip and feta cheese. I get it every time.The service here is outstanding. I got delivery through another service. The manager, I wish I had remembered his name, noticed he forgot to give the dasher part of my food. He called me telling me and then actually drove the forgotten food to me himself!
