This was my first time trying Wingstop, and I had such a great experience! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. I was honestly impressed. But what really made the visit stand out was the kindness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and made me feel comfortable. Thank you, Wingstop, for such great service and amazing food. I’ll definitely be back!

This place has decent wings when they get your order right. I always check my order prior to walking out because I've had problems in the past. My last visit, I didn't check my bag and they missed an order of tenders.
I called from home and got put on hold, I had time to drive back to the restaurant, still on hold. When I walked in, they weren't busy, they just didn't pick me up.
I asked for my tenders and they wanted to argue, confident they put them in my bag. I wouldn't drive all the way back to the restaurant to try and scam them out of a $3 order of tendies, it's not my style.
My family ate without me and they took 15 to 20 minutes to get me 3 tenders once they decided I wasn't trying to pull a fast one on them. long story short, the service here sucks.

I give everyone a fairshake but Do not give them your business! Horrible customer service! I placed my order she said 20 mins, i arrived in 20 payed and waited 45 minutes. She put my food on the pickup rack after i had just payed and waited in front of her all this time. I ordered bone in they gave me boneless, wings were dryer than a camel in the desert. Fries were soggy. And they had no ice for the soda. Will never go back to this one. Save yourself a headache.

We ordered delivery for the first time and the delivery driver tried handing us the wrong food, which we managed to get sorted. But then we were handed drinks that weren’t ours and we were told they were the only drinks he had, and then he just left.
We called wingstop and were told that they didn’t have the drinks we ordered. So instead of letting us know this ahead of time they took it on themselves to decide what drinks we wanted for us. Completely unwilling to sort this out for us.

This is the worst wing stop in Grand Rapids. The workers will continue having a conversation while you are standing there waiting, it always takes 10 minutes longer than the app says for to be done. And not to mention they never have gloves on. Save yourself the headache go to the byron center location!

If I could give this place a NEGATIVE review I would. After this location changed ownership the quality has severely plummeted. Constantly getting orders wrong, arguing over confirmation numbers when shown on phone, rude service staff, and refusal to answer phone or fix their mistake. Not to go full Karen but corporate will be hearing about this and I will be moving my business to a different location.
