I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.

The food was good! We got wings and the fried corn. The server was very nice and patient, we had never been to wingstop before so he helped answer any questions we had. It's a good quiet place to get a late night bite to eat. We went around 11:45pm. After we finished up at the haunt. My only complaint would be the drink machine was out of ice which is a pretty small complaint to be honest. I'd definitely recommend you stop in if you're hungry 😋

The cashier that was taking orders at the counter today…. She needs a serious attitude adjustment. Body language nasty, argumentative, eye rolling and flat out rude!!! I order from Uber Eats often and I frequent here with my daughter either before or after she gets out of practice. I’m disappointed. I had to remove myself from the establishment so I wouldn’t flip out on this child and give her the same energy that she is giving off. Young workers… if you don’t have a positive attitude you need to find work where you are not dealing with customers, because some of us don’t take to kind to disrespect of that nature. You get the same energy you give don’t forget that.

Can’t even get through to contact the store. Had an issue with the app glitching where it delivered my order right back to its own store and I can’t even get ahold of anyone to assist. Good luck if you ever have an issue.

The chicken wings here are amazing! Especially the lemon pepper best tasting food I’ve ever had! I recommend to anyone who loves chicken and fries!
I love wings and this spot is close by, I love all the sauces and the homemade ranch. I don't care for the service it is lacking in professionalism and it doesn't matter what time or when I come in. My food however generally comes out pretty fresh and consistent in flavor.

Every time I’ve been to this wingstop they get my order wrong. When you walk in the employees are all on their AirPods and just taking to each other. Service here is terrible!

The only reason I'm even giving a 3 star is because the cashier was nice,but the girl that was calling out orders looked right at me and just put it on the shelf and never told me it was ready! I waited 35 minutes 😡. The fries were horrible, the chicken barely had seasoning on it. The only thing that was half way decent was the corn 😒. Oh and that so called famous ranch was mediocre. End of rant , needless to say I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!
